I absolutely adore the soft, pastel color palette used in their arrangements. Everything is dainty, delicate, and so easy on the eyes! Every time I see their work, I can't help but pause in awe. The designs feel thoughtful and refined, the kind of flowers that quietly steal your heart rather than shout for attention. The florist herself is just as lovely as the shop. She's warm, polite, and accommodating. I've stopped by to browse, admire the blooms, and even request specific plants to be included in arrangements. Each time I've felt truly listened to and cared for. It's such a personal, welcoming experience. Little tip: there's a 8.75% discount if you pay with cash! This boutique has quickly become my go-to for beautiful floral arrangements. I know I'll be back again and again :)

It was very easy to place an order online and the workers know exactly how to do it. We ordered about a week before the pickup date and when I picked up the order I was blown away, it came out amazing! This specific bouquet was called "A Sweet Gesture" and we went with the deluxe size. Will definitely place more orders in the future from here!
Found this place in a whim. I was just looking in yelp for florists near by. I usually go to a place in Long Beach but there was a lot of traffic around this time. They have a parking lot which is nice. I came in and I was greeted by the florist. I told her I was looking for a bouquet and she told me the price ranges and how long it would take. She asked me the occasion I told her and she went based off of that. Thank you, again. I'm sure she'll love it!
I ordered for an arrangement to be delivered to my friend for her birthday and they turned out as beautiful as shown on the website. There was confusion with the delivery address and Jamie was courteous enough to re-deliver. She was responsive and made me feel at ease. I've ordered from different florists before but couldn't be more pleased and will be sure to order from Bloom In Box in the future.
I really appreciate the florist thought process in making this bouquet. She worked really hard to do color contrast to make the flowers looking soft, classy and elegant. She was very helpful and nice. She is def my go to flourist going forward. This is my 3rd time ordering flowers and it doesn't disappoint.

I've been purchasing flowers from Bloom in Box since they were in Cypress location and they never disappoint me! I requested orange tulips in a small bouquet style - the florist said tulips may be skinny right now and might be difficult to find orange ones so I was bit worried but she ended up finding them in perfect shape and in a coral pink color (which I also love) !! It was absolutely beautiful and made my day .

I've already recommend several friends here as she has now become my go-to florist, I especially appreciated that she allowed me to make adjustments to an order I had already placed online! I was a bit nervous because I had the duty of ordering a bouquet for a friend's proposal on the fiancé-to-he's behalf, but Jamie was so helpful in putting together a beautiful arrangement! I loved that she asked what my budget was so that she could show me realistic examples of what I would be getting, this was my first time here, but literally 10/10 I WILL be coming back. Also, my bestie said yes!

The flowers last atleast a week if taken care of properly & smells amazing. Their shop is located in a parking lot; I haven't had any trouble finding parking at all. I've always called in to place an order for the flowers & usually am able to pick it up same day. Highly recommend!
My boyfriend got a bouquet for me and a congratulatory bouquet for his friend. He only shared what color combos he wanted and they delivered on both! I love that they have a wide variety of flowers and they're reasonably priced. I think we've found our new florist in the area (:

TL;DR - never fails to produce amazing and beautiful floral creations, both bouquets and vases. Get it for your SO. It's worth it. I've gotten all my fresh flower bouquets and vase gifts for Mother's Day, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. from bloom in box for several years now and they've never disappointed me. While I'm still occasionally baffled at how expensive flowers are, their prices are always the best for what you get. Not only that, she hand crafts each and every arrangement to be unique so it's truly special to the recipient. There are free small cards to write a small note/letter depending on the occasion and each one is beautifully wrapped as you can see in the photo. She takes orders as easily as over the phone or through her website and service is relatively fast. I've been able to place and pick up same day custom floral orders without some ridiculous "rush fee." If she's fully booked she just simply lets you know when she could have it ready by. All in all... If you need fresh flowers... bloom in box is the move. And since MADE coffee is next to it you can also grab some bomb espresso tonics while you wait :) read more

Great experience! The flower arrangement turned out just like the photo I saw and used to place my order on their website- beautiful! Their pricing is reasonable as well. The website is very easy to use for ordering at all hours and when I had to call with a question after I placed my order, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Best part- not all florists send you a picture of the arrangement when it's finished and as someone who loves to send flowers to people, it makes such a big difference when the florist sends you a picture of what your purchased. Bloom in Box is one of those unassuming places where you don't realize the potential of until you step through their doors (or until you look them up online). They have beautiful aesthetic flower arrangements that remind me a little of the bouquets arranged by Little Tokyo Florist (iykyk). Bloom in Box's arrangements and color palettes are very on trend and aren't that cliché-y throw a bunch of red roses together (...which is cool, it's just not our thing). They were able to accommodate a Cream & Peach bouquet for me same-day, within 2 hours of calling. The owner (?) was so patient and helpful with my follow up questions. Florists were super accommodating on taking my same day delivery. I called after the cutoff time but they were willing to squeeze my order in. I went with the custom option, gave them my budget, colors I wanted and then let them take over from there. Flowers came out amazing and it was delivered before end of day! Would use again! read more
I was soooo happy with this company. My grandmother passed away and I'm here in Texas. I Yelped a florist near Hawaiian Gardens and I looked at many places. They had the most beautiful flowers and I could do it online. It made it so much easier than trying to explain what flowers I wanted for her. The service was awesome. So I THOUGHT the funeral was on a Saturday but it actually was on Friday. So I called them and talked to an owner/employee to see if I could change the flower arrangement for delivery on Thursday. They easily said Yes and don't make me feel guilty for messing up. I actually was on the phone when they delivered the flowers to my sisters house to take it to the rosary and funeral. These bouquets were actually requested by our school PTO for the 6th grade graduation, and I asked Jamie to create 8 thank-you arrangements for the teachers. She went above and beyond -- every single bouquet was absolutely beautiful and made the celebration even more meaningful for everyone involved. Jamie's flowers always bring out the best in each bloom, making them shine far beyond their value. Her arrangements have a special way of lighting up every important moment. She is quite possibly the sweetest, small business owner I've ever met. I walked in and she only had a small selection of flowers available, but was still able to assemble the most beautiful bouquet! She worked around my budget and threw the bouquet together rather quick :). She mentioned she gave me a few extra flowers too. You get to choose between colored or brown paper, and a small card. This was a pleasant experience and I hope she continues to get more customers bc she is so deserving! read more

I came across this gem while scrolling through Yelp because my usual go-to florists don't deliver and pick up times didn't work with my work schedule. I'm going here from now on for all my floral deliveries! I am SO impressed and the arrangement was true to the stock photo which I find super rare. Price seemed fair for what I was getting and delivery service was also superb. They even went out of their way to make sure I got proof photos of the delivery. 11/10 recommend. Chefs kiss. read more

My experience with them was an absolute dream! I had spotted their work on Instagram and decided to reach out to inquire about a bouquet for Valentine's Day. We communicated over text to discuss logistics and then headed over to the phone to complete the payment. Super clear and thorough about all logistics and expectations. I had included a small request to incorporate a specific color and they did their best to make it happen! I went to pick up my order the morning of Valentine's Day and could not have been happier with the results! It was everything I wanted and more. Huge thanks to the team! The flower bouquet I ordered was the most beautiful bouquet I ever have bought! The flowers were so fresh and the arrangement was beautiful--truly a work of art! I can tell how much Jamie cares and takes pride in her work and it shows! I ordered flowers to meet my boyfriend's mom for the first time and it definitely won me a lot of extra brownie points! His mom ended up putting them in the most beautiful vase and it became even prettier than when it was wrapped in the bouquet! Will definitely be going here every time I need some flowers!! read more

It's unfortunate I have to update this 5 star review to reflect how disappointed I am in this place. As I said previously in my review, I was going to get my wedding bouquets from here. I had this planned for months in advance. The woman said that she wouldn't have any details on available flowers until after valentines which is understandable. Valentines was also 2 weeks before my wedding so understandably I was a bit anxious but stuck with this place. Now a few days after Valentines, we are messaging a few times. I try to confirm the number of bouquets, style inspirations etc. No more response. I message again the next day asking for confirmation. ZERO response back. I wait 2 more days. Now I'm a week away from my wedding and I'm panicking. I mean how hard can it be to do a couple of bouquets and boutonnières and just let me know? After hours of searching and messaging, I luckily found a florist willing to do my flowers on such short notice within my budget and now she will be my go-to. I held off for months writing this review thinking maybe some terrible thing happened to the owner. But I see posts on Instagram like normal and the shop is still open. I never heard back from her and I will never recommend a place so unreliable and unprofessional that caused me unnecessary stress before my wedding after months of having decided on this place. read more

My usual flower shop was out of the way for me, so I ended up doing a quick Yelp search and found this little gem 10-15 min away from me! When I walked in, the lady behind the counter greeted me as I browsed around her shop. I needed a last minute bouquet put together for my boyfriend's mom since we were going out for her birthday dinner that night. I let her know that I wanted a pastel pink arrangement, gave her my budget, and she got right to it. Within 10 minutes, I had a beautiful, hand-picked arrangement! It was honestly everything I imagined it to be and more. Loved the variety of pink flowers with the subtle fillers to keep that pastel vibe ~ 10/10 would definitely come back! read more
