Honestly they have a lot of options ranging from $15-$30 for regular bouquets and even bigger arrangements for like $100+. I normally go to friends who make bouquets but like this shop is pretty good. This specific bouquet was about $30 which I believe there were better ones. Pink and Hello Kitty was a must for the mom so I settled for this one. Would like to take a longer look inside when I'm not in a rush and update review on the place after taking a look of everything. read more

One of the most unwelcoming shopping experiences I've had. I walked into Imperial Florist and not a single employee greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. Several employees looked directly at me and said nothing, making the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and uninviting. After walking around for a few minutes feeling completely ignored, I decided to walk out. Based on the prices, I expected a much higher level of customer service and a more impressive selection. The flowers seemed overpriced, and the store itself did not live up to the images posted on Yelp. The photos make the shop appear much larger, nicer, and more appealing than it is in person. First impressions matter! Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling unwelcome, and I won't be returning. read more

The service was exceptional. Went in late last night between 11p-12a. They were still open and everyone were working. The shop is big. It's clean and organized. Employees had professional attitudes and were courteous. They have a variety of different selections to choose from; small to big, low-end to high-end. They also do customizations for special events and occasions. I can tell they are very popular. I went back this am around 9 and they were still working. More people this time but I was still able to get what I initially went for last night. The teddy bear I had my eyes on was $170 but I got it for $150. And the bouquet of flowers I thought were $30 were actually $40 at the register. Paid with my card and still ended up spending $209. So essentially the $20 off I received were the taxes I paid when using my card. If I had paid with cash I would've probably received the deal I was initially attempting to get lol. read more

This flower shop is slowly becoming my go to when I need any type of flower arrangement. Parking is located right in the front of the store. It does share the same lot as many other stores but I feel like since it's on the side and not really by the other stores parking right next to the flower shop is usually easy to come by. Inside it's pretty big. There are flower arrangements from all different price ranges so you can find exactly what you are looking for in your price range. As far as pricing I would say they are about average if anything maybe just a tad bit more expensive than other places but we're not talking by much. I still feel like you get a good quality arrangement for the price and let's face it flowers are not getting any cheaper so they do keep their prices competitive. They also seem to be up on trends as when I recently went they had a lot of Labubu stuffed animals and different accessories to add to your flowers. Overall this is a really nice flower shop where you can get your flowers, balloons and card all in one stop. read more

What brought me was their Instagram posts. Super great. Loved the flowers. What i did not like was that the cashier wrongfully charged me. She charged me$180 for a$120 purchase. I was robbed because I could have gotten my mom better mother day flowers. I asked her what was the excessive charge for. She replied with"taxes" but she charged $60 tax on the side and gave me extra charges which is crazy. I spent $400 here and still she felt the need to charge methe way she did. I will not recommend this place. read more

I was looking for flowers for my wife's birthday, and wanted them delivered to her work. I didn't want to get anything online that would be shipped, or delivered, in a box! I just find that kind of tacky!! Being somewhat unfamiliar with the area, I decided to ask around. Luckily, my coworker referred my to this gem! Upon arriving at this very nicely sized florist, I was greeted by a staff member named Leo. He asked me what I might be looking for and what the special occasion was. I gave him an idea of what I might like to get, and he pointed me towards the display cases where he thought I'd find what I was looking for. After checking out their amazing displays, I let Leo know what I'd like to get but that I'd also like to add a little bit more to it. He then took the time to show me several pictures, giving me a better idea of how to put a finishing touch on my purchase. This place is going to be my go to any time of day and night. They were absolutely wonderful extremely respectful, extremely knowledgeable I was looking for a flower shop out here in the LA area where I work I live in Riverside so I don't know much around here. Had a last minute event, they needed to get a corsage and boutonniere for this event for my wife and I I walked in, not knowing anything, they help me right away told me it would be about 30 minutes and it was and they look absolutely amazing. They have a huge assortment of flowers and they always help you out with anything you need and if you have an idea of your own, Tony will help your idea come to life. I ordered a floral arrangement for my mother's birthday. I went in with a general idea of what I wanted but no picture for inspiration. The pictures I'd seen of their work made me confident they could deliver. Boy did they. It's been a long time since a floral arrangement has made me say "Wow!" upon first glance. It's absolutely gorgeous. I am beyond pleased with the phenomenal job they did as well as their stellar customer service. Speaking of which, they're very accomodating. They're one of the few local flower shops that are open late i.e. until 8 pm. I was able to pick up the flowers at 8 am on Sunday morning. This florist has, once again, created the most beautiful floral arrangement from my family in Texas. It is huge and so full of beautiful roses of all sizes and colors, along with lilies, gerber daisies, sunflowers, etc. I had to ask my daughter-in-law if they were expensive. However, once we got back and started working on arrangements, I was honestly disappointed. About a quarter of the white hydrangeas had noticeable browning and signs of rot. I had no choice but to cut around the damaged areas, which significantly reduced what I could use especially frustrating considering the cost. For reference, 50 hydrangeas (25 white, 25 blue) came out to $185, so I expected better quality control. Oh and the hydrangeas started to wilt by the second day. *This was a last minute purchase as my online delivery order had a unforeseen delivery delay.

He helped me pick out flowers and walked me through the process and informed me that the owner would be there later. I came back and spoke with the owner who was so incredibly sweet and kind. She helped create my inspiration pictures even better than I could have imagined. I wanted to center it around the peonies and add a couple of flowers and was amazed with her work. She even added more flowers just for me. I will definitely be back here and am very impressed and happy with their service. This bouquet was $130.

If I recall, it started out as one small shop which to this huge space! They have so many gifting ideas from fresh flowers & arrangements to live plants, merch like T-shirts, vases, pots, etc. Staff are friendly & helpful. My dad recently picked up a bouquet for an offends for my dearly departed grandmother. Tomorrow is her heavenly birthday, she would've been 106 years old. In comparison to other places like florists, farmers markets, the Los Angeles Flower Mart, supermarkets like Ralph's or Pavilions, the prices here are on the higher end. It looks like this shop has continued to serve its community well that it has grown in size. Today was a good example, it was very busy with many customers patronizing the business. Support your local florist.

On delivery day, they took meticulous car in leaf blowing the area under the bouncer before putting it down, inflating and setting it up, securing it, and then even wiping down every surface of the bouncer to leave it pristine and clean for us to use.
