Honestly, I don't like to make bad reviews, especially to a place that I've been Going to for years but I went ahead and I spent almost 4 Hundred Dollars on this I called the Manager or the owner of the shop and I told her that the roses were burnt like if they were outside or they weren't picked up freshly on top of that. A lot of the flowers had mold in them She told me that she wasn't gonna go ahead and do anything about it and she hung up on me. Really rude. Really bad Customer Service. Good local spot. We were able to pick out a small bouquet and vase with card for $10 and the staff was able to trim and make it look nice!

I didn't take great pictures of the flowers but I loved them! They were very nice and these flowers were separate and being sold for $5 but I wanted all 3 together so she put them all together as seen in photo and charged a little extra for the black plastic around which I asked for and it makes it look beautiful my usual flower spot (which is a lady on the side of the road) sells flowers for $20-30 and they're all different flowers which I don't like. These flowers including the extra fee for the black plastic were $20 + tax because I used card. Definitely will be coming back! Especially for this type of flower read more

I bought $30 dollar roses for my sister's bday on Friday, May 27th around 3pm and two balloons for a total of $40 dollars. Had plans to take her to movies and celebrate her bday after the movies. Got home after 10pm and celebrated her bday as planned. Today, May 28th, when she goes to place them in a vase, the stems smelled like rotten water and when she picked up a rose the petals just fell off!! I called and let them know and she told me that I should have brought them yesterday??? Call was a minute and basically told me "tough." As you can see in the picture, the petals fell off and stems look rotten... I am no flower expert but I highly doubt I personally had anything to do with that. They sold me rotten roses and are clearly falling apart and instead of making thing right they tell me I should have taken them back yesterday! But that is okay. My sister, mother, brother, father, me, and my friends will no longer shop there. Plenty of other flower shops that don't sell rotten roses. Even latinos selling them in the corner, way better flowers lol!! It is a flower shop! Who the hell is going to inspect for rotting stems and disintegrated petals once roses are touched??!? Update: went to show mange and exchange and all manager did was blamed me! Told me all her flowers smell rotten, stems are normally black, even the black stain on white plastic is "normal." She told me flowers were dehydrated but they were kept in water! All she did was blame me!! Everything was my fault!! She even saw that it was only the purple roses so that should indicate to her it was not my fault!! Obviously!! How are half hydrated and half dry??!? She did exchange them... and as you can see stems are green not black! And roses did not fall apart when touched. When I picked up flowers to take them back I accidentally picked up some green random branches from other flowers my sister got! Lady literally ran out of store while I was in my car ready to drive away telling me I did not buy them there because those two branches. Told her it was from other flower bouquet my sister had received and told her to check her dam cameras because I was there! And that lady always sees me there too! Dumb lady. Instead of taking responsibility for selling me rotten flowers she blamed me for literally everything!!! Never going back there again. She can take her rotten stinky followers and shove them! A latino owned business, why I go there to support my community and I get treated like this??!? Plenty of other flower shops!! When her business goes under or is not making money, maybe then she will reflect on her attitude. I hope she checks her camera so she can see my fat ass buying her rotting roses!! Rotten stinky rose stems and roses that disintegrate when touched are actually not normal! Don't need to be a flower expert to know that one!! Goes to show you that they don't change out water when they place new flowers in vase! Lazy people!! Rotten water and rotten stem are normal in their shop! Chang the water Genius!!! I had the worst experience at this shop, yesterday. I asked for prices on bridesmaids bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, and one bridal bouquet. The lady florist asked me who the bride was, as if she couldn't believe I am the bride. When I began to tell her it was me, she talked over me and asked if the bride is short, tall, old, young, fat, or skinny. I told her I am the bride, then she said I will need a BIG bouquet not a little one. I guess because I'm a plus size bride. I understand that having the bouquets compliment the bride may be why she was asking the height and size, but old and young? I'm also 40, so that question hit me the wrong way too. The woman was rude and her prices were high. I drove down the street to another florist who does headstones too. Her prices were way more affordable and she didn't fat or age shame me. I just couldn't wrap my head around why the size and age of the bride matters. Shouldn't she ask my budget, how many of each, and the type of flowers? terrible sales tactic. There is one young man who was helpful but I still wouldn't give this place my business based on the bleach blond woman's condescending attitude and remarks. They have nice arrangements but way overpriced, the woman is rude. I wouldn't know what to say on the actual service after you order. I wouldn't be surprised if the few positive comments on her Yelp are from her friends and family. read more
