They offer pre-crafted arrangements onsite for purchase, but also provide same-day custom orders. I purchased a custom bouquet for my mom's birthday this past May. The precrafted options onsite didn't match my mothers taste. I provided a detailed description of my mom's vibe: greenery, light florals, wild flowers, etc. and returned to the most beautiful bouquet built just for her. Once completed, they even sent me images so I could make edits before my arrival. No edits were needed, this arrangement was made to perfection on the first try. While it wasn't cheap ($70) I think it was worth every penny, especially since my mom is a lover of all things floral.
