I provided the shop with inspiration pictures for a wedding bouquet, center pieces and an arch. The employee who assisted me provided thoughtful suggestions and had concise answers to any questions I had. When I decided to move forward with the order I was shocked by how reasonable the prices were. To top off the excellent service, I had initially decided to have a family member pickup the arrangements on the day of the wedding. The morning of I received a call from one of the employees stating that due to the predicted warm weather - they wanted ensure the arrangements were as fresh and protected from the elements as possible and stated they'd happily deliver our arrangements at no extra charge. HOW INCREDIBLY THOUGHTFUL! The arrangements were everything I asked for and more. I am so happy and I could not be more satisfied with my choice in flower shop to entrust my ideas with on the most special day. When the order was placed, I chose the one that they said they could make identical to the picture, since the others that were shown, the flowers were not in season. I pick it up, when I get home I notice that the bouquet is missing some greenery(seeded u). I call them and they give me some BS excuse that the greenery is not in season and that's why they didn't add it. I ask why they didn't call to let us know this when they were making the bouquet, and I get an IDK IM SORRY! It's a damn wedding bouquet and they just don't care! They offer to have me drive back to add some different greener, or take it back for a refund. The wedding is TOMORROW and they just have no care in the world. It would've been nice to get the call and have been offered the alternative greenery when they realized they couldn't add it. So much for supporting small businesses. I guess once they started making flower arrangements for influencers they just stopped caring about simple customer service to regular customers. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR WEDDING BOUQET UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED!

No substitute options, resolution, or accommodation were offered for the inconvenience. On one of the busiest floral holidays of the year, inventory management and communication should be a top priority. Canceling at the last minute left no realistic opportunity to arrange another delivery elsewhere on such short notice. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I expected much better service and accountability. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I was able to Zelle her for that extra bouquet so that was convenient and I appreciated that. I was told I would receive a picture of the bouquet prior to delivery or at time of delivery, I did not. No big deal, but just don't tell me you are if you aren't. I'm sure they were busy due to the holiday, but still. Lastly, I didn't expect the bouquet to look identical to what I chose online, but I felt it definitely wasn't as full, or have as many roses, as the picture. UHM NOT what I ordered so I don't care cause it's in the trash now. Then was told they had to speak to their head person to check into a refund. Didn't hear back from then the next day. They don't provide any receipts either for your order. Don't trust this florist with your order and they have poor business practices.
