My boyfriend has been coming here for years and their flowers are always gorgeous. He got me garden roses for our anniversary and I absolutely loved them, but unfortunately they started wilting the very next day. The second picture is only two days after receiving them. I know garden roses can be delicate, but I was still really surprised they declined this quickly, especially considering the prices they have. We've always loved the flowers from here, so this was definitely disappointing and not what we're used to :(
Went to this flower shop last minute to get a really quick small bouquet for a friend, the young lady put the bouquet together in less than five minutes. Kind of pricey, but hey that's what happens when you wait till the last minute to get something. I got three red roses with a little green garnish (it's probably not even called garnish ) wrapped up. It was like five dollars a rose, wrapping was three dollars, and then I'm not too certain how much the garnish was but my total came up to $28 tip included. It was a very cute flower shop. It reminded me more of a boutique. Parking was minimal.
We showed Victoria a photo of what we were looking for, and requested to add peonies. What we got was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Picked up the next morning with fresh stocks of flowers. Placed in a lovely carrier which makes holding the bouquet much easier without compromising the presentation of the bouquet. Happy to receive many compliments for the bouquet! Thank you Victoria!

I couldn't imagine going to any florist after my experience with The Scarlet Flower. This small flower boutique sits in Downtown Long Beach and crafts the most gorgeous floral bouquets. They offer pre-crafted arrangements onsite for purchase, but also provide same-day custom orders. I purchased a custom bouquet for my mom's birthday this past May. The precrafted options onsite didn't match my mothers taste. I provided a detailed description of my mom's vibe: greenery, light florals, wild flowers, etc. and returned to the most beautiful bouquet built just for her. Once completed, they even sent me images so I could make edits before my arrival. No edits were needed, this arrangement was made to perfection on the first try. While it wasn't cheap ($70) I think it was worth every penny, especially since my mom is a lover of all things floral. read more

The most beautiful flower arrangements were created by the Scarlet Flower for our wedding. It was so difficult to find a florist who understood my vision and wouldn't change what I had in mind, Victoria was so amazing to work with. She was able to create the perfect balance of romance and goth for us. I love this floral shop! I originally stumbled upon this place when they first opened shop and I made a mental note to come back here sometime. I was looking to have a floral bouquet delivered to my boss, who just shared some exciting news. As a token of congratulations and appreciation, I was in search for a floral business that could make a special delivery the following day. Wanting to support local and small business, I immediately thought The Scarlet Flower was perfect for this! I had the pleasure of working with the owner, Victoria, who was super sweet and really listened to the type of arrangement I envisioned. They also added a custom note and work with me on the time frame I wanted the bouquet to be delivered. I cannot say enough about this florist!! I discovered TSF on Instagram when I saw a beautiful arch that they made for an event. Went to her page & fell in love with the arrangements so I just had to have them for my wedding. She did EXACTLY what we wanted! She knew I really wanted a peony or two in my bridal bouquet(yes in November lol) & she made it happen. The groomsmen loved their boutonnières! Seriously she's got a very creative eye. She even repurposed our ceremony flowers for the reception & hung up our neon light sign. We are so grateful for her & her team for making our day special. I highly recommend!!! read more

The Scarlet Flower is situated on a street so sweet it should come with its own dream sequence dance number. The tiny shop specializes in charming and lush bouquets as seen on their website. It was just a quick looksee before coffee next door so I didn't notice a large selection of grab and go type of bouquets. Where do I begin....Victoria and the entire team are a creative force to be reckon with. Victoria has a real gift of creating bouquets! If a creation is needed for a birthday, a specific holiday like Halloween, or just a creation for that special someone, this flower shop is your go to spot! On separate occasions, Victoria personalized greeting cards with a QR Code for a unique message. Victoria also did me the favor of delivering an order of balloons with the bouquet of flowers I requested from her.
