I wanted flowers delivered to my long distance partner. They live in a gated community, so I left a note in my order to call me when they got to the gate. The delivery person did not read the memo, so did not deliver the flowers. However, the owner made it right and delivered the flowers themselves later that evening, even including some high quality chocolates for free. As for the flowers themselves, I wasn't impressed. I paid for "contemporary" instead of "juniors" assuming this meant more flowers, but honestly I'm not sure what I actually paid for (I think a nicer vase), as the website doesn't explain. The pictures online didn't match the arrangement, the colors, flowers, and fillers were all different. On delivery, all the roses already looked like they were aging. I wasn't going to write a review, until I saw this. One of the lillies had a broken stem and had been taped together with green tape. Needless to say, that lilly wilted very quickly. If I'm paying $100 for a bouquet, please just get me another flower which isn't broken. Wow. read more

First and for more this is a flower shop, so I had to let you know the flowers were beautiful!!!! Second, I currently am out of town and I ordered flowers to be delivered, they went above and beyond for the delivery. I asked for a special request of making sure the the delivery was in person. On the first attempt no one was home they communicated with me letting me know. They followed to deliver the flower 3 more times (and every time we got unlucky because no one was home) But they still made sure I was accommodated. Needless to say, they took care of me with more then I could of ever asked for and the flowers got delivered accordingly. I decided to try My Fresh Flower Delivery with Sarah because of the great reviews here on Yelp but I'm disappointed. I placed the order Feb 13 and asked if it was too late to place an order for Valentine's day but Sarah said no problem and promised a delivery window in the afternoon and even said she would send a picture of the bouquet when it was done. The credit card charge came quickly but the flowers didn't. Around 5:30pm I tried calling, emailing, and finally texting. Sarah got back to me around 8:45pm via text but never really answered my question. The recipient found the flowers at her doorstep the next morning. Sarah sent an email the next day saying they were delivered and apologized for being "killed". I get it, it's the busiest time of the year for flowers and mistakes happen but I just feel Sarah didn't really care. If she was really busy, I would've understood had she explained the day before or the day of. Heck, even a return call would've been appreciated. The flowers were great and they did eventually get delivered but I just dont feel like she really cared about me as a customer, even after I told her I was disappointed and she didn't reply. read more
