Do not go here if you want to waste your money. I went in for a corsage showed an inspo picture and what I got did not look like the picture. Besides asking for a light pink flower everything was off. I went back and very politely let her know I wasn't happy with it because it did not look like what I ordered. She was rude and "tried" to fix it but made it worse. I told her to leave it as is. While I'm there someone else picked up their corsage and she was very unhappy as well. Don't offer corsages if you don't know how to do it. Also don't have a business if you're gonna be rude. I did not come in there being rude at all and she was very rude then went to the back talking crap about me with someone like I couldn't hear them. I put pictures for reference. I'm really torn with reviewing this flower shop. I've never purchased flowers from here so all of my experiences have been with picking up an arrangement a friend had purchased for me. I had no issues the first two times doing so, but the third time wasn't the best experience. Normally, the staff is sweet, but they just weren't helpful during my recent visit. I had stopped by with my boyfriend to pick up an arrangement for my birthday that a friend had bought for me. I gave the man at the counter my name and the name of the person who had purchased it. Because it was a surprise, I didn't have any other information, besides my friend's phone number. The man wasn't able to find the order, but he wasn't really trying or being helpful, like maybe offering other suggestions to help locate the order. Needless to say, I left empty-handed on my birthday and embarrassed in front of my boyfriend. The next day, I had gotten the receipt details from my friend, which kinda sucked, because it was supposed to be a surprise gift. I then called the flower shop and the lady I spoke with was quickly able to locate the order, so I don't know why the man wasn't able to find it. Thankfully I only live a few minutes away so I picked up my arrangement and the man I had spoken to the day before was at the counter and said that he wasn't able to find it because my friend didn't mention someone was going to pick it up(?)... even though my friend had told me he did mention that, as he has in the past. Also, the man caught me right as I was about to drive off because he almost forgot to give me my birthday balloon included in the order. The flowers were beautiful though, and they always are from my past experiences. Don't bother coming here. Never open during posted hours . Came here 30 mins after they were supposed to be open and it's a ghost town.

This used to be my go to spot for flowers because the lady who works here makes beautiful arrangements. The last couple of times that I have came to try to buy flowers they're closed even though their business hours they open and they have a sign that says open outside on the window window display. it really sucks to try to go out of my way to come buy some flowers because I like the work they do, just for them to be closed. I had a wonderful and personal experience putting together a bouquet for my mom at this flower shop. The woman assisting me was patient and worked with me to create something my mom would truly enjoy. She let me know about the prices of more expensive flowers in advance and allowed me to make adjustments, as needed. I could feel how much she cared about the outcome. While you will likely pay more here for a bouquet of flowers than at the supermarket, the flowers are fresh, vibrant, and much better quality. Its 3pm, the lights are on the open sign is on and the door is locked. No one is inside and when I called again no one responds i waited 30 minutes and still no response. From a small business owners perspective I see Linda's review a bit out of line with her assumptions. I struggled when my business started and even through my first 3 years there were days I couldn't afford anyone to answer my phones at the office, yea there are solutions by forwarding calls I know but the point in trying to make here is, a bad review on your part just made it even harder for this florist to gain opportunities now that you complained about their understaffed day. I would much rather wait on them than to go to Ralph's for a bouquet because chances are this business owner is my neighbor or his children who depend on this business to have food on the table may just be my son or daughters best friend at school.
