Hana did the florals for my wedding. TLDR: Was super happy with the wedding florals and felt that she went above and beyond to make sure things looked good. Cost: We ended up just shy of 2k and got a bouquet, ceremony gazebo flowers, aisle flowers, and reception vases, among other things. She was also able to repurpose the ceremony flowers into two reception table displays at no additional cost. The pricing was pretty flexible - we were able to adjust the size of the bouquet/table vases/aisle flowers/etc and pick a variety of flowers from different cost points. Communication: Hana was very easy to communicate with - she speaks both English and Chinese. Sometimes it took her a couple of days to reply back (I think she mostly runs things by herself, so is unavailable some weekends when she's handling a wedding). Service: - When discussing what florals we wanted, she created a list of flowers based on our budget and color scheme, then sent us a doc with all the flowers she was considering (complete with names and pictures so it was easier for us to understand). It was easy to pick and chose, and adjust from there. - We did our vows in front of a gazebo instead of an arch, so Hana scoped out the ceremony area during wedding planning and was able to offer suggestions on how we could decorate the area. She also asked for a picture of my wedding dress, and did an amazing job of matching the bouquet with it. - On the day of, she took the initiative and helped sweep up the area (there were a lot of pine needles) read more

my pictures don't do the bouquet justice but kaelynn was super sweet, patient, and timely in her work. i needed a bouquet last minute and she was able to not only work with me within my budget but she didn't also try to upcharge me for no reason. i reached out to about 12 didn't florist... most never even called me back or got back to me and the rest was charging so much and not even willing to work with me for a smaller bouquet (like something under $100 -$200) . i gave kaelynn creative freedom and they turned out better than i imagined! she's located in alhambra and was easy to find. she also came out on time when i came to receive the bouquet. thank you kaelynn :) will look for you for future gifting! she even made sure to put it in a pretty bag with some water and helped me seat belt it to my car !! read more
