If I could give them no stars I would. Horrible service!!!!!!!!! Placed an order and were told to arrive at 6:30am.. "no problem we are always here at 6am. Now they claim they will be opening up at 9am. If it were any other day I would say who cares, but this is for my fathers funeral! WTF! Take your business elsewhere!!!!! Well they arrived and gave my arrangements to the wrong person. Seriously some BS here! read more

This is the only florist I use in the LA area. They continue to exceed expectations. They are professional, punctual and take great care in making their arrangements. This arrangement was absolutely beautiful, the picture does not do it justice. read more

I have ordered multiple arrangements in the past couple of months, each one exceeds the last! The flowers are fresh and the arrangements gorgeous! The actual bouquet or arrangements received have far surpassed the pictures posted on the website, which is not usually the norm. They are fairly reasonable, even on major flower gifting holidays. I will continue to use them again and again!! read more

I ordered flowers from Romeo at Flamingo's Flower for a wedding reception on May 3rd. We ordered the front entrance flowers, centerpieces and flowers for the bride and groom table. The flowers were very reasonable and BEAUTIFUL! All of my guests commented on the flowers and how they looked very elegant. The price he gave me was unbeatable (especially during Mother's Day season). I couldn't have asked for more from a floral vendor. Unbelievable prices, outstanding service and beautiful flowers. And by the way, the flowers lasted for more than a week after the event. Thank you Romeo for making my event so memorable with the beautiful flower arrangements. read more

Well, step #1 was a snap! I ordered on-line and it was simple, it took less than 5 minutes. They have a good variety of arrangements to choose from, and the pricing seemed fair. Step #2, let's see how the recipient feels - update coming on Thursday (fingers crossed). Roses were received AND they impressed, I got big kudos for the arrangement. Flamingo Flowers, thanks for being part of my memorable 20 year wedding anniversary. Should I get in trouble, or have reason to celebrate, you will get my business. read more

I was hesitant about ordering flowers for the first time, but Flamingo Flowers made it easy. I ordered them online, picked the date, and they delivered. When my mother-in-law wasn't answering the door the driver called me. I appreciate that they didn't leave the flowers on the doorsteps. The flowers are beautiful! Thank you, I will shop here again. read more

Thank you to Flamingo Flower and specially Romeo for everything! It was a last minute order during a busy time for them. Despite circumstances, Romeo was attentive towards every question. They followed up via email / text message / and phone calls. I can admit that I may of come across as annoying, but regardless of my pushy-ness the staff was top notch! They remain patient, detail oriented and hard-working towards everything. I am very thankful for how they helped me. Don't hesitate in choosing them for your flower needs. Thank you again Romeo! I can't even rn. You guys need to understand something. I ordered flowers from Flamingo Flowers twice this year now and BOTH TIMES THEY WERE AMAZING. I think I'm a pretty easy guy to work with, but for my girlfriend, I wanted a little something something special each time you know? I wrote special requests and comments when I was ordering online and EACH AND EVERY TIME IT WAS AMAZING. My girlfriend absolutely LOVESSS/D the flowers, AND I LOVE THEM TOO. They hand delivered the flowers PERFECTLY like I asked them to (don't get mad if they don't do it for you... the delivery address is a few blocks down from them so yeah). The flowers themselves are beautiful and they don't skimp on anything. I'm ordering flowers from Flamingo Flowers forever now. Flowers are beautiful, delivery is beautiful, customer service is beautiful, their website is beautiful, they are 100% beautiful. I love you Flamingo Flowers. read more

My wife would like to mention the following: Romeo brought to life a vision that I could not explain. I only had a few photos to show him and I changed my mind on colors 3 different times. He delivered a bridal bouquet more beautiful then I could imagine. The center pieces at the wedding were very natural looking but with a small hint of glam. I wanted a very organic look in the arrangements and he really brought this to life. read more

We just had our wedding yesterday and I was blown away by the superb quality and design of the florals! We had ordered centerpieces, corsages, bridal party bouquets, arch pieces, rose petals and even customized trees for the head table! Romeo definitely came through with our order, arriving on time for set-up and getting all the details right. We received tons of compliments on how beautiful and fresh the flowers were and the prices are definitely unbeatable. I provided pictures and stuff for inspiration and got almost exactly what I asked for. I'm so glad that we found them. read more

Place an order with a pleasent lady for flowers needed for a funeral. They were a no show and did not return calls. STAY away from this company at all cost. If the lady return call, cell phones record incoming missed calls. No call was received. I do not accept the apology. Trusted your company with the flower order. read more

I placed my order today at 10:27 a.m. via online and my daughter received a gorgeous bouquet at 11:00a.m. She was so happy to receive the flowers for her birthday at work and when she sent me a picture of them I was absolutely pleased. The price was very inexpensive and so was the delivery fee. I passed on the location to my co-workers too. I recommend this place by far the best I have come across. The bouquet we purchased looks just like the picture except more beautiful! The flowers are for my Christian sister's store grand opening. It was very thoughtful the card was handwritten and it has a bible scripture on it! Maybe whoever picked the card for us read our message "May God bless..."? Anyway it is very thoughtful. I was expecting they throw a small note with our message. Thank you. read more

Usually don't write Yelp reviews, but this service was not the best. Placed a Valentines day order. My order was not correct and instead of just admitting that it was wrong, the guy blamed it on me and said that I should be happy with the order and my fiancée looks like she likes them from the picture I showed him of the flowers. Then I called to complain, and the woman rudely told me someone would call me back and they didn't. read more

My wife and I were determined to get the most out of our wedding budget last August, and that brought us to downtown LA. Romeo created a great (and representative!) sample for our table centerpieces, offered a very competitive rate vis a vis quality of work, and had good reviews, so we opted for his services, and he came through on our wedding day in spades: the centerpieces, sweetheart table facade, and miscellany were all of high quality and delivered on time. You really can't ask for or expect more of a florist regardless of location. Highly recommended. read more

My better half and I stayed in LA over Mother's day weekend. Before our trip, I quietly searched for a nice florist, local to downtown LA. Flamingo's has really good reviews on Yelp so I decided to work with them to have a surprise delivery made to the hotel we were staying at. Everything went smoothly online and the price, with delivery, was reasonable and communication was great. I informed the front desk, the morning of, about the surprise delivery and it all went without a hitch. We got back in the evening and the flowers were waiting right on the table and she was totally and happily surprised. The nice people at Flamingo's even hand wrote out the card with the message I had emailed them! I definitely recommend them to anyone staying or visiting downtown LA. read more

I called at 8 am on a Friday and asked for a large flower arrangement of white lilies, white roses and some green accent flowers....and I need it delivered to a near by location by 10 am. The person answering the phone was pleasant, wrote everything down on a paper and within a minute gave me an estimate. The price was very reasonable and the delivery fee was half of what I was quoted by other florists. I also asked for a photo of the arrangement before they deliver it in case I need to change something ( I am in WA state). Within an hour I got a text with the photo of the arrangement and it was beautiful but had more of the accent flowers in it, and so I asked to add more lilies and the guys gladly accommodated me and replaced some of the flowers with lilies. I got a video sent to me of the revised arrangement and it was breathtakingly beautiful and everything I had imagined it to be. The arrangement was promptly delivered to the hotel and the recipient was thrilled! THANK YOU Flamingos Flowers, you are amazing and I will send all my LA friends your way!!! read more
