Female white delivery driver is a maniac she claimed she couldn't get inside of gate and then changed to couldn't find parking which there was a lot of. She handed me a 7-10 lb birthday bouquet and asked me to hold it cause she had something else for me which was a white bear and ballon which she also tried to hand me to hold without any free hands so instead she threw it on the dirty porch and left it. After 5 min of waiting i sat heavy flowers with water spilling out everywhere down in lobby area until she returned. she came back i expressed how unprofessional the service and how she she was and she yelled at me to the top of her lungs that she wasn't from the area and what did i want her to do with her company on the line so they heard her along with witnesses that were present. i said be professional and do your job which means deliver the flowers and bear like the buyer paid for. i told the business and explained Delivery driver decided after hearing my conversation with the company to take the flowers, bear, and balloon back to her Van which was clearly in a parking space and return it while trying to wipe the bear clear from off of the front porch. Company said she would be fired and begged me not to call the cops due to her aggressive behavior. This is bad for your business and she didn't care how she represented your company read more

Bought my sister's corsage and boutonnière here after finding this place on a random Google search. Doesn't seem like much from the outside since it's not in the best area. But the lady who's there is nice and funny. She's very helpful when it comes to customizing a design you like. There were a lot of styles to choose from that range from traditional to more modern ones. The prices are good. The only incident that happened was that she put the wrong colored ribbon on the corsage and boutonnière. Since she makes everything it was easy for her to replace it in a matter of minutes. The shop is pretty unassuming, but the florists are super nice and amazing. My daughter needed a boutonnière last minute for her prom date. Not only did they have various rose colors to choose from, they also had an endless variety of ribbons too. My daughter chose a lavender rose and a silver-tone ribbon that matched her colors. Save your money and buy a grocery store bouquet! I received a delivered assorted flower arrangement from this place and I am too embarrassed to tell my sister that the arrangement she sent me was was terrible. The florist is so cheap that she doesn't even use a florist block to keep the flowers in place, she uses tape. That is she uses a tape grid on the top of the vase to help with the arranging of the flowers putting some flowers in each of the little squares. I had to take the whole arrangement apart to add more water to the flowers. Some of the flowers were cut so short that they didn't even touch the water! It looked like they were originally cut to be boutonnières but they didn't get sold so they went into my arrangement. If you are looking to send someone you love a beautiful arrangement DO NOT use this place or you will be embarrassed by the flowers you have sent! I am only sorry I did not write this review in time for Mother's Day. read more
