It was a late night pop up with a few friends and it was so busy! Which I would say that's a good sign my friend and I went to try it out. Boy did we we both took 2 drinks each to try out and all was soo good! We hit the best sellers list of what to try. I tried the Strawberry jasmine tea winner, and then the 4 Seasons also winner . I'm more of a fruit gal so out of both I like the Strawberry one. But both had different tastes to them I just like the more fruity one. All in all you should try it out! read more

Most of the options here are good and you can try them all with different types of boba - like regular boba or agar boba or honey boba. Also many varieties in thd types of tea like the fruity tea, milk tea, original tea, frosties etc. but me personally favorite is Thai milk tea and Sunright boba milk tea. They are both amazing. read more

Nice! Fun! Big! Clean location! So many Bobba locations but i will say that there are a few menu items that have some unique drinks. Feels like the newer modern bobba location that has the self serve / order kiosk to order from. Definately try this location! read more

I ordered the oolong matcha latte with honey boba. The drink was overall very tasty and I would say it actually wasn't overly sweet considering I ordered 100% sweetness. The honey boba was warm and chewy and all of the flavors were 10/10. The wait time was extremely quick and the drink was ready almost immediately after I ordered. My only quibble is that the matcha powder wasn't fully dissolved, so it collected in little clumps at the bottom. But otherwise, I enjoyed the drink and appreciated the calm ambiance of the store! read more

My new go to boba. I first tried the Union City location and was blown away by their Oolong Oat Brulee Latte. Everything I've ordered is consistent with other locations. read more

Glad to see more Sunright Tea locations opening up around the Bay Area. They have a pretty futuristic setting when you walk in; you're greeted with yellow lights and some bench style seating. Most orders can be done on their self serve kiosk or you can order directly with the cashier. I went with my all time favorite from them, Matcha Freeze with red beans and added boba. Also got the brown sugar boba milk. The boba is chewy and the perfect texture, the drinks are not too sweet and you can definitely taste the tea and matcha flavors. read more

I hardly come this location. Don't know if the worker was new or what but my drink wasn't as sweet as I thought it would. I asked one of the worker to make it sweeter but his response was "oh, I wouldn't know how to" honestly if he didn't know, he should of asked someone instead of giving me that response. I just walked out, very disappointed. read more

My sister picked up some drinks for us today. I pondered over the menu for a while and wasn't feeling adventurous, so I got a boring and mostly "safe drink", the panda milk tea. Usually when I try a new boba place, I get their black milk tea with boba to compare. I also always grt my milk tea with 50% sugar. I enjoyed that it wasn't overly sweet with a decent ceylon black tea flavor. My husband got the hokkaido milk tea with pudding. The pudding was very tasty, but I'm not a huge fan of hokkaido milk tea. I ordered a mango frostie for my kids. This drink was tasty, but my kids didnt like the mango bits in the drink that were not fully blended. The texture of the bits taste like dried mango, not the soft frozen kind. The flavor was really good, but the texture caught us off guard. My sister got a strawberry creme brulee frostie. This one didn't have chunks and was tasty. Not a bad place for some bubble tea, but not my favorite. read more

We used to go to their other location in Sunnyvale, this one is a little closer and less crowed. Order your drinks at the kiosk or online ahead of time. Their prices are very reasonable without sacrificing quality and quantity. I love the plum tea. It's so yummy and refreshing, just right amount of sweet and sour taste and the aroma of tea comes through. Come in, place an order and wait for your number to be called by text. read more

My sisters and I order 4 drinks. Sunright Boba Milk tea (100% sweet, less ice, no boba) is 6/10 (milk was overpowering, tea flavor weak). My brother said it taste like water (water down). Order 2 strawberry jasmine (100% sweet, less ice, one w/o foam) is 6/10 without foam as tea was very strong and slightly bitter. It tasted a little better with foam (7/10). White peach milk tea (100% sweet, less ice) is pretty good (8/10). I was able to still taste white peach and tea. My sister said she recommend going for less sweet (75%). FYI employees make you order your drink from the Kiosk machine. They just make the drink and call out order. Self-service for straws and napkins, which is great if you want more straws. I rate their customer service 3 out of 5 because they just stared at us and didn't say welcome (no greeting at all, no thank you). read more

Definitely get their house milk (it makes the drinks creamier) and then adjust to 50% sweet (otherwise the milk tea is too sweet). Strong tea flavor - high quality. read more

Absolutely perfect! Usually sunright smells like really strong tea, but bc this location was new it smelled like freshly placed wood. Idk how to describe it LOL THAT WAS RANDOM. The drinks were so fire. My sister n I both got oolong milk teas :D The boba was very sweet and chewy the perfect texture and i love how strong the tea flavor was. First time going during the Honkai Star Rail Cosmic Refreshment Supply Event! The lines were long and wait times long due to the event but I think normally they are very fast and organized. The event drinks were good, especially their normal menu. Shoutout to the workers for working so hard with so many orders! sunright fruit tea - sunright never fails. their sunright fruit tea is one of my favorite drinks ever. it has a tangy fruity taste that's like oranges and some other things I can't tell. but it's not too sweet and not artificial either. they add real orange slices and stuff into the drink. idk what else to say it's just bomb. but don't get it if u don't like orange or if u prefer something less tangy sunright boba milk tea - I only had a couple sips of this but this was really good. definitely had actual tea flavor rather than just sugar. I would honestly recommend getting 0 sugar bc the brown sugar boba alr makes it sweet other than these two, my other go tos are strawberry green tea and mango green tea. the strawberry has strawberry bits in it and both taste like the actual fruit and not too sweet. price - standard boba prices ambiance - this location is nice but parking is a bit cramped sometimes. the interior looks exactly like any other sunright but slightly bigger with a bench seating area thing. service - drinks were pretty fast read more

Tea is delicious here. It's a lot less busy than the Sunnyvale location. I would recommend doing mobile order to avoid waiting!

The taro milk tea ordered today was highly disappointing, taro was condensed at the bottom of the cup and too sticky to enjoy.

Located in a pretty small plaza. Inside was clean and spacious because they don't have any tables/chairs. Which is fine to me. Pretty cool sitting area as you wait for your items. You can order at a self kiosk. Which is efficient. I got a matcha milk tea / 100% sweet / honey boba. Matcha was okay, weird aftertaste but certainly didn't taste sweet? Honey boba had good flavoring but was pretty hard to chew. Pretty fast service. Would come back and try other items they have! read more

Honestly this boba is decent but you see their drinks taste soooo much like powder and water. i ordered the peach oolong tea and it tasted like water with no flavor with a tiny hint of peach. The service is confusing i have no idea when my order is ready since i have no phone. Also there is no talking so it feels so sad in this environment. The pearls are decent they taste like your normal pearls from a package that's premade and frozen. honestly it's not squishy and taste very plain. My friends and I like to sit down and talk while drinking boba but sunright does not have any tables. Overall their drinks are decent for people who like fast drinks. I do like how they get their drinks to the customers really fast but the quality is questionable. Thank you for your time if you read all my opinions. Honestly this place was good but sooner later another place opened my eyes to better tasting boba. would not come back terrible service but i do recommend the workers to smile more. :) read more

Love that they have online ordering. Why do I need to talk to people? Hah! It's super easy to order. The milk tea is good. I usually get a jasmine milk tea with boba at any place I go. I'm a huge fan of Sunright, so I was thrilled when I heard that they opened up a branch in Milpitas! I usually go for their taro milk with honey boba, as Sunright uses real taro in their drinks. Ordering is easy, just use their self-serve kiosk or order ahead online. Highly recommend and I'll be back for sure! read more

Sunright is one of my favorite boba shops and glad they opened one in Milpitas. It's in the same plaza as the old Q-cup used to be. They have online ordering and the drinks are made hella fast. Probably because it's less busy than Sunnyvale. They have a wide variety of drinks. Milk tea, fruit tea, smoothies and even cheese foam. Everything is really customizable and they even have oat milk for those who are lactose intolerant. read more

Immediate highest score I will give is a three because of the self ordering system. With a baby sometimes I need the extra help and I don't want to wait around a bunch of people taking their sweet time reading a novel. Especially when there's clearly a way to to take orders and enough staff to do so. I'm really sick of milk tea places starting this self ordering trend, it's not saving you money and I'll be actively avoiding places that do this. Milk tea itself is pretty good. Boba was hot in the cup so consider that when you get ice. It's sugar level is surprisingly well balanced. Too bad it's right next to another premier milk tea shop who's just as good if not better. One that will actually take your order. read more

Zero stars if I could. I walked in for the first time today. I saw a menu with tiny font on the screens and was scanning the menu for something non-caffeinated. Two workers saw me looking but ignored me. I asked a girl working if she had any non-caffeinated drinks. She said no. And I said what at about the fruit drinks. She said they are tea, all have caffeine and gave me a dirty look. Then she said order on the kiosk, pointing behind me and walked away. I didn't see the kiosks as they are along the same side at the front doors. After looking at the kiosk menu they had a few drinks listed as caffeine-free but I was so turned off by this worker's rude and unwelcoming behavior I left. This place definitely lacks personal interaction, knowledge of their drinks, and customer service. read more

The drinks are good. I normally drive a good distance for them. But, their border heartless customer service prompted me to not ever come back. I just drove 20 minutes to get here. Waited about 5 minutes for the drinks. When I got back to my car, my 5 years old son said he really needed to pee. I went back in and explained the situation. The man in charge sees my son, and I explained that he really needed to use the bathroom. He replied, "The bathroom is not for customers." I was like fuming. I understand if he said that to an adult, but to a 5 years child whom we have just drove 20 minutes to buy drinks from them? WTF I will never come back to such incompassionate, horrible, heartless business and service. read more

i decided to visit after being recommended this place by my friends. upon entry, i was amazed by how the bright yellow theme of the shop matched what i'd expect from its name. :) one of my favorite things about the interior design was an area of the wall that said "sunny vibes in milpitas," as it emphasized the charm of milpitas' businesses that i've noticed as i continued visiting. i settled on the ceylon milk tea with cream pudding, and it was delicious! there was a good amount of cream pudding that was added to my drink, as i had a lot left over by the time i finished the milk tea portion, so i would say that the additional $1.25 was a reasonable price to pay. if you prefer drinks where the flavors of the tea stand out, i highly recommend to get it with 50% sugar and less ice, this way the drink is not too overwhelmingly sweet to the point where it overpowers the lightness of the cream pudding. there were many drinks which i was recommended to try here whenever i stop and visit, so i am definitely hoping to come back soon! read more

Definitely a more distant vibe in this store as it lacked human interaction. No greeting upon entering, Ordering is done through a kiosk, and drinks placed on the counter. This style might be preferred for some however! drinks do come out promptly. Interior is nice and bright. This place has become my new favorite! I love their cream pudding milk tea it was creamy without being too sweet and super satisfying to drink esp if you are an egg pudding lover. I also love that you can order from a kiosk so you don't have to talk to anyone. It was a Sunday evening so the store had quite a few people. Right when we hit submit button for our order, they got the drinks out in less than 2 minutes! That was very impressive. Overall really solid boba place. So many high quality drinks and so many good options to choose from.
