I came in to see about getting a new headlight bulb installed on my Nissan (after purchasing the…read morebulb from Autozone), and walking in to the place - I immediately overheard cursing and offensive language (which should have been my first clue) from a man named Robert Bell. I asked Robert, apparently the manager of this place (?) if he could install the bulb, and he said it would take an hour and a half and cost about $150.00. Intuitively, this felt very wrong - so I went to get a second opinion at AZ One Stop Service Center in Neptune, where I was greeted by a very polite fellow who said he would install the bulb for $20.00, and it would only take a few moments. Needless to say, Robert Bell of B&A Quick Lube Auto Repair is both lacking in manners, and business ethics and I would never go near that establishment again. Unfortunate, because the Sunoco attendants are actually quite nice. Whatever you do, DO NOT take your car here for service, and be sure to get a second opinion if you're considering it, because these people are thieves.

I had an oil leak in my 2007 Sprinter van. I was told by Brian Jr. the oil cooler was causing the…read moreproblem. When I received the truck back after the repair was done I paid my $2800 and left thinking the problem was fixed. Not 2 days later the van began making a loud noise. It started shaking when it died out in the middle of Rt 1 in S Brunswick. Had it towed back to Erb's where I was then told the motor was shot. Never, I repeat never had there been any problem with the engine. It was a diesel with only 118k miles. I was told by Brian, it happens. No way can I believe that the work previously done wasn't the cause of the engine failure. Something they did when they worked on the oil cooler caused the engine to fail. So because I trusted Erbs truck repair to fix the problem I brought the van in for, I ended up with a total loss of my Sprinter van and all Brian could say is "it happens". At no time was I told they had no skill set in repairing the vehicle and I should take it elsewhere. Not until they told me about the engine did they say I'd be better off bringing it somewhere else. I only wish I had recourse against Erb's repair but unfortunately I didn't know what I could do other than sue them and prove their incompetence. If this was over their heads, I would just have appreciated they tell me that and I would have gone to a different repair shop. Horrible experience and would never recommend this shop to anyone.

The Brie-mobile failed inspection, so we brought it in to get fixed and they even reinspected it, without us having to go back to the state inspection station. They do everything from regular maintenance to fixing serious issues. The waiting area was fully remodeled recently and has a warm, cozy feel.
