For one, there's an ATM machine now, and they sell candy. It feels more like a 7-Eleven than a wine shop. They should probably change the name. Although there are good selections of wines, the kids working there no nothing about wine- "they don't drink," which is fine, but at least know something about the products you sell, especially if you name your store "Wine Press." It's a shame that this is becoming just another "Packy" when it was so much more for years.

I did notice uniformed security guards at the entrance along with uniformed staff at the self checkout station monitoring customers checking out. When I asked for a bag after noticing a that a brown bag was available, he did not respond and then placed them in the bag before pushing the bag towards me. I even wished the worker to have a good day and there was no response. I've been to multiple CVS and never received such a treatment. I don't want to make excuses for the worker (was he having a bad day? maybe all Bostonians are rude?) but you can't help but think that he was being discriminatory because he assumed I was a tourist for buying souvenir magnets. I would never return to this store ever again. Clearly customer service is an ongoing issue with this store...
