Had an issue with our current pool company so called Marcus to see if he'd be willing to step in…read moreand assess the situation. He could hear the stress in my voice and offered to come over, outside of business hours, to put our minds at ease. When he showed up, he was kind, prepared, informative, respectful, and reassuring. Not only did he address our current concern, he brought something else to our attention that needed service. We paid over $500 for a pool inspection and the inspector didn't indicate that this unexpected expense would be in our future. Not only did he express concern, he was able to back his claims. He said our pool filter cartridges needed to be replaced and we asked "how do you know?" He said the filtration system has a louder than normal, high pitched sound, that will go away when the cartridges are replaced. My husband and I were like ehhhh and he offered to show us. In his regular clothes, he manually opened the filter and pulled out one of the cartridges. They were filthy! Discolored and beyond their usable age. He said he could be back in two days to replace them. We decided to hire him for the job. He was prompt, swift, and did not try to upsell us on a high end filter that has the same lifespan as the generic ones. I asked him about other repairs that may be needed and he simply said "these are all nonissues, just relax and enjoy your pool." We appreciate his honesty, kindness, and willingness to bring issues to our attention that we would have otherwise not been privy too. I 1000000% recommend him for pool repairs. He's such a nice, honest guy to work with!

Lucas with Tide Wave Pools was AWESOME!…read more Let me start off by saying we bought our house in 2024 and have dealt with a few different companies. We've dealt with a few for a few different reasons / issues... Not being fully impressed with one particular one; we were totally impressed with Lucas. We had what we thought may be a clog, Lucas evaluated the whole equipment, gave us the lowdown as to what was going on, explained to us what we should keep an eye out for and also re-explained the Aqualink app as well. He not only went into detail about everything but he, himself understood everything better than anyone else we've dealt with. Again, we've dealt with plenty of individuals all who seemed to have a minor understanding of things but Lucas had the root understanding for all the things. We will definitely keep them in our contacts & they'll be our new go to for future issues. Thank you Lucas!!
