While we were sitting at the bar enjoying our cocktails and dinner, the incorrect glass of wine sat on the bar top for about 30 minutes. We even joked that someone was going to knock it over because it had been sitting there so long. Later, we watched a waitress ask the bartender for a glass of that same wine for another customer. To our surprise, the bartender said that she had poured that glass by mistake and had planned to drink it herself, then told the waitress to take that same glass and serve it to the customer. We were honestly speechless. Regardless of whether the wine had been touched, it had been sitting uncovered on the bar for approximately 30 minutes before being served to a paying customer. Watching that happen made us very uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about food and beverage handling practices. We understand that mistakes happen--that wasn't the issue. It's how the situation was handled afterward that left us disappointed. We hope management takes this feedback seriously because this isn't the level of service or food safety that customers should expect.

Use to be a decent breakfast joint, but the food and service have both gone bad. Ordered using their online service for curbside pickup. When I arrived, I called as it says to do. Whomever answered the phone was beyond unpleasant. I told her I'm here for my curbside order. She huffed and said I could come in to pick it up at the counter. I told her I did curbside since it's something that is offered and I have children with me. She said with attitude "well where are you parked, I looked outside and see no cars". Well considering they're all handicap spots, maybe you should look a little harder since not everyone can park there. Food was brought out about 5 mins later. The lady bringing the food was super unpleasant. Assuming the same lady I spoke with on the phone. Handed me my food and didn't say a word. I made sure to tell her to "Have a great day!!". I should've checked everything but was beyond irritated. Got home, no kids drinks and they're missing their breakfast meats. Foods bland, sausage gravy is thicker than anything with no flavor. Food and service are both poor. Next time, I may have better luck just going to Waffle House next door! Glad I left a tip they didn't deserve. read more
