There was practically no pressure during either massage--it felt more like light rubbing the entire time. Our feet were barely touched, even though we booked combination massages, and most of the time was spent on our legs. To make matters worse, the two people working on us talked and laughed with each other throughout the entire massage, which made it impossible to relax. The worst part came when it was time to pay. I felt pressured to leave a larger tip despite being unhappy with the service. The manager would not process my card until I increased the tip, and she was laughing and making faces with the two people who had massaged us while I was standing there. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. I have no problem tipping for good service, but a tip should reflect the service received--not be something a customer is pressured into increasing. We absolutely will not be returning. We've honestly had much better massages from the chair massage places at the mall for significantly less money. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The front desk gal is kind and they give a short form to fill out before the massage where you can circle areas to focus on. The massage therapists are professional, kind, and give very good quality massages. They're not rough or hurry through them. We got the combination massage where we started with the 30 min foot soak reflexology and then moved to another room for a 60 min full body massage. I noted on the form I wanted a massage on my tummy so my therapist worked on that without being asked or reminded. The place is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. It's not a new bldg or have modern spa-like presence but the place and the sheets feel clean. The AC was not on but they had fans in the room. There is about a 10" gap between the walls to the ceiling so you can hear all the slappin', flappin', and clappin' but otherwise the noise level is fine. They also give a punch card where you get a free 60 mins massage after the 10th visit. Highly recommend!
