Then we noticed in our attic that all of the rafters from the ridge board were all damaged. When we brought this to there attention they tried to blame us for it. We provided all the photo proof of the before and after damage and they still refused to pay for the damage. We ended up getting a lawyer and when we wrote out a demand letter the company completely ignored the demand and we have not heard from them since. They have caused over $75,000 worth of damage to our home that all will need to be replaced entirely to ensure the roof stays sturdy.

The data it shared is the same data I had already communicated with them.
