Do NOT shop here. SCAM WARNING!!! Piss poor customer service. This place tells you that you can return unused sunglasses, and when you do, they tell you they have scratches and can't be returned. However, I did not use the sunglasses. I purchased them on Dec 20th for a Christmas gift. The manager said, no problem, because its Christmas you will have extra time to return the glasses. Today, Jan 17th I go to return the glasses, which have been in the original packaging since purchased. The store clerk first tried to tell me it was too late to return them. I asked what is too late? She said well its almost been a month since you purchased these. Then she takes them and uses a grey cloth to "polish" the glasses and tells me they have scratches. When I ask her to show me so I could film it, she asks me to leave the store. I am so upset. Once I get home, I look them up and find that they want you contact the store first to resolve complaints. I called the phone number, but it was out of order. So I called the 2nd store located in the Outlet mall. I told the lady what happened and asked her for the mailing address of where to send a formal written complaint. The lady on the phone told me I was too agitated and that I could googIe it myself. Ordered Raybans to be delivered to be delivered to my home address - they stated around 5 business days but will get confirmation if shipping. Didnt get any such confirmation - go back a week later to check status, they arent able to call customer service as they close at 5pm ET I get a call a few days later telling me my item is no longer available but they will refund me - not by the method which I paid but by a check sent snail mail and to allow 4 weeks - are you kidding me?! Absolutely loved everyone at this Sunglass Hut especially holly and Erin they were super helpful! I went to look for a Father's Day gift that will make my dad feel special. We found some glasses on sale for my dad and we thought there was an additional 30% off but when they stated no they provided us with a discount anyway which I appreciated since we bought two pairs of sunglasses. They also provided me with a case with my sunglasses however with my dads Oakley's they didn't. When I went back to ask them they said the ones we bought don't come with one however they stated they can provide us with a Sunglass Hut case which I appreciated to make it easier to gift wrap! Absolutely loved this Sunglass hat and this was my first time buying from here and I will def come back! read more

Went in to exchange a pair of sunglasses given to me as a gift that weren't my style. I have the gift receipt and the sunglasses have only been tried on one time so they are in perfect condition. The girl at the store said they cannot exchange because they were purchased more than 30 days ago. My complaint is that NOWHERE on the gift receipt does it state that returns or exchanges have to be made in 30 days. If it's a company policy it's completely understandable but how is the customer supposed to know the policy if the purchase was a gift???? There are actaully two SunglassesHuts located in the outlet malls in RR. If you cant find it in on of them, check out the other one. My love bought me a gift certificate and took me to buy the pair I wanted and found out: 1) they cover adjustments for free, always. Who knew? I always took my sunglasses to an actual eyeglasses place, I never thought they did adjustments at Sunglasses Hut. hmm. am I the only one that didnt know that? 2) lifetime warranty on the D & G ones I got 3) some other kind of warranty, either way its covered 4) polarized lenses. never heard of this before and found out who wicket cool they are, but it's also very weird looking since when you are driving around all the windshields on cars appear green. . like that color water and oil looks on gravel after it rains. . the color that changes from green to purple. . too cool. something about it cutting glare. read more

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! Their store is doing some shady stuff. I went to get a refund for some sunglasses at the store in downtown Austin that I purchased in Las Vegas. The store in Austin stated that she talked with a manager in Round Rock and they claimed that I went up there and already received a refund, but they still ended up letting me keep the sunglass??? I still had everything in hand including my receipts. Oh, I live nowhere close to Round Rock and there is no credits/refunds transactions on my credit card. They also said customer service was the one to issue the credit when I was allegedly in the round rock store. When I was at the store in downtown Austin, and we talked to their customer service again, they said they don't have access to the stores systems to be able to issue the credit. When talking with the regional manager she kept saying "I can pull the cameras" as if she expected me to back off. I told them, "please do, you will not see me on the cameras at all and I would like this to be fully investigated". I will be pursuing this further since I feel profiled and talked to as if I was committing fraud or something. If I was someone who was trying to commit fraud, as they made it seemed, I would back down, but that will not happen since I know that was not me they refunded as they are claiming. read more

I stop in to ask for help about the sunglasses I had bought, and the sales associate kaylee she has blond hair. She was so rude and dismissive she seriously need to go back to training for customer service the only reason why I'm giving this place any stars is because there was another employee their who took the time to help me out. read more

I've bought all my sunglasses here for years. The main reason is the customer service. Everytime I've been I've been greeted as I entered. The prices are what they are...Your mindset has to be ready for the fact that you are spending 150-400 on a pair of sunglasses. I also love the fact that they will adjust your glasses for you while you wait. All you have to do is ask and they will be happy to help. I just bought my wife her first pair of nice sunglasses and I look forward to shopping here in the near future... read more

I bought a pair of sunglasses here a year or so ago. One day, a tiny screw fell out, causing one of the ear pieces to come off. I brought the glasses back here and one of the ladies on staff immediately helped me. She found a comparable screw, fixed the sunglasses, and even tightened the other side and cleaned the lenses. It can be hard to find companies who treat their customers well after the purchase is long over. I will definitely be back! read more
