Fast forward to today, i was trying to book an appointment to get a basic eye exam and while doing so, I called, the phone rang twice, phone picked up and i was tossed on hold without being asked if it was okay for me to be placed on hold. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this office. The staff is ratchet, unprofessional, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate clearly or respectfully. A medical office should make patients feel supported, not ignored. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Honestly the only thing missing is the staff members wearing bonnets and coming in with their house slippers.

They were incredibly patient and kind with him and made what could have been a scary or traumatic experience feel calm and stress-free. Now that he wears glasses, they continue to do an amazing job with him every time we're there. I'm also monitored closely because of concerns with my optic nerve, and I have always felt like I'm in great hands. They are extremely thorough, take the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and never make me feel rushed. A month after they ruined my glasses if it wasn't for me stopping by the criown point office I wouldn't have known that they broke the bridge and scratched the lenses. They did not have the courtesy to call me and let me know that they had destroyed my glasses. I paid almost $800.00 for my glasses. Instead repairing my glasses they scratched the lenses and broke the bridge. Long story short. TWO months into the situation they called me one day saying that I can pick up my glasses all ruined and that I had to pay for the mistakes they did and repair my glasses. NOT COOL!
