    Amazing and very fair pricing. I will never go to an expensive boutique again. And you can bring your own frames in which is a major plus.

And we have been spent on average from $700-$900 per pair of glass with my insurance. The frames are great ok but recently the 2 years I have been getting my frames online but still using this vision works for the lenses. Which you would think it would be a bit less .but they still charged me the same amount on my insurance as if I were buying the frames and lenses. Which ok no problem I like the staff who is usually ok. But recently the lenses started to develop a fog like spot with in the lenses not sure why. But took back to vision works in highland Indiana on 1-18-2026. Showed to the receptionist at front desk she didn't know why spot was in lenses and looks to be on the inside of the lenses . So she told me to wait on the male named Bile . So once he looked at my glasses he told me in my opinion that my lenses in my glasses that I were all the time had been exposed to heat or has some how been heated up and that's why the lenses from the inside of the lense had formed a cloudish spot in the inside of the frame. Which was very insulting and dismissive of this young man with arrogance and unprofessional customer service. And told me I would have to see what the manger would say and that he believed my glasses that I keep in the vision works glass case that came with my glasses. And that I somehow caused the defect with in the middle of the interior of the lenses which clearly looks to be a defective with in the lenses . Nothing wrong or any defects with the frames that I bought online because the frames from vision works don't usually last more than 2 years and are not durable. But I still tried use their service for lenses. But I will no longer use this facility in highland Indiana hope that they train the part time young disrespectful mangers especially Mr BILE . He needs a customer service course.

Their staff is helpful, and I have started toward glasses that are the right size and look good. They helped me understand my Mom's Medicare diabetic visit and what is covered by her insurance. Over the years we had double coverage. The staff navigated and explained the pros and cons of the benefits of each plan and helped us use the most cost-effective options from each of the plans. They have fixed my kid's glasses countless times for free. They are the best.

His staff is rude and for the past year and a half I've had nothing but problems with them. Today I had the most appalling experience with the staff at this eye doctor office. I called to ask if I could get a free contact lens because my order won't be delivered until Tuesday, and today is Friday. I explained that I couldn't see while driving and needed the contact lens urgently. However, the staff member who answered the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of showing any empathy or understanding, they spoke to me in a condescending and patronizing tone, telling me that I should have planned better and had gotten my glasses updated even though it took 20 phone calls to get my contacts ordered. They made me feel like I was a burden to them and that my situation was insignificant. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and callous the staff member was. Their lack of empathy and understanding was truly shocking, and I was left feeling frustrated and disheartened. I will never return to this eye doctor office again, and I strongly advise anyone looking for eye care to avoid it at all costs. The staff's lack of respect for their patients is completely unacceptable. I have multiple stories about this office, this was just the cherry on top

However, the end of the night---there's not enough help. There was a lady waiting to be checked out. Idk if she looked around, but she said was not getting frames and wanted to get checked out. She spoke up at the register. The one lady told her they were only two ppl and she needed to wait her turn. Maybe 5-7 mins go by, she spoke up a 2nd time, and said she was gonna leave. Then one of the ladies decided to ring her up. It took all of 2-3 minutes. As a customer, I didn't like seeing that. I didn't notice her until she spoke up, but I would guess she must have waited 15 mins altogether. I also ended up leaving and not getting frames (though I did try), it had more to do with price--and I felt I could get a better deal elsewhere. There was still one customer after me. They were closing in 15-20 mins.

Received a phone call on January 12, 2026 telling me the glasses were never processed due to a computer glitch. Called back on January 15, 2026 because Evette the General Manager was suppose to further update me on the process, needless to say she did not. Yvette was very rude and short. AS Of Jan 22,2026 still no glasses. In a few days I will be revisiting this location to get my money back and place a complaint with the BBB. I'm currently in the process of trying to reach out to MyEyedr's corporate location, in or near Vienna. I would advise anyone needing eye care of any type not to visit this particular place of business. The staff is rude and they dont care.
