AS Of Jan 22,2026 still no glasses. In a few days I will be revisiting this location to get my money back and place a complaint with the BBB. I'm currently in the process of trying to reach out to MyEyedr's corporate location, in or near Vienna. I would advise anyone needing eye care of any type not to visit this particular place of business. The staff is rude and they dont care.

She spoke up at the register. The one lady told her they were only two ppl and she needed to wait her turn. Maybe 5-7 mins go by, she spoke up a 2nd time, and said she was gonna leave. Then one of the ladies decided to ring her up. It took all of 2-3 minutes. As a customer, I didn't like seeing that. I didn't notice her until she spoke up, but I would guess she must have waited 15 mins altogether. I also ended up leaving and not getting frames (though I did try), it had more to do with price--and I felt I could get a better deal elsewhere. There was still one customer after me. They were closing in 15-20 mins.

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this office. The staff is ratchet, unprofessional, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate clearly or respectfully. A medical office should make patients feel supported, not ignored. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Honestly the only thing missing is the staff members wearing bonnets and coming in with their house slippers.

Apparently I missed the deadline by 2 minutes and there was "nothing they could do". It is more of a pumping and gentle pushing motion. This technique has a purpose which is to get your lymph nodes to drain. You are almost lulled into a slumber lying on the heated table. There is relaxing music playing, there are breath exercises to do and the room itself has a special ambient feel. After my hour was up, I was totally in a relaxed state and felt a sense of calm. It would have been nice to just lie there and take a nap. Of course, duty calls. My experience almost thirty minutes later included itching all over my body. I also noticed that my stomach went down; no longer bloated.
