Went there 2 years ago and found out she was not longer there. Fast forward to today, i was trying to book an appointment to get a basic eye exam and while doing so, I called, the phone rang twice, phone picked up and i was tossed on hold without being asked if it was okay for me to be placed on hold. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this office. The staff is ratchet, unprofessional, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate clearly or respectfully. A medical office should make patients feel supported, not ignored. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Honestly the only thing missing is the staff members wearing bonnets and coming in with their house slippers.

Apparently I missed the deadline by 2 minutes and there was "nothing they could do". I understand I was 12 minutes late, but you'd think they'd take into account I took a half day and drove nearly an hour after waiting a month and a half for the appointment. I will find somewhere else to make my business.

They conduct all of the eye tests in a professional manner. The techs are gentle with eye drops. Very thorough testing including photos of the eyes. The doctors are friendly & knowledgeable. Also, they have a great selection of eyeglasses & sunglasses. The techs are great at helping with lenses especially if you need progressive lenses.

Second time I was asked to pay an additional $75 and come back a third time with another $90 request. Mind you my insurance has never changed . She told me I'd have to see a plastic surgeon and my insurance would not cover it. That it would cost thousands of dollars. Very curt, and uncaring. Charged me $60 for visit. I then visited another optometrist who said he could remove in the office and my insurance will cover. He also asked to give me a cataract exam and told me I had cataracts. What a difference.

Dr who I saw was not there so another Dr came out to look at my glasses and adjusted prescription. And that was Dr McBurnie. I was grateful to him for fixing my prescription. It was the first time I had bifocals. I made my yearly examine with Dr McBurnie. He explained everything about my eyes and results on tests and how my diabetes effects my eyes. I have never had a doctor who explained so throughly. The office staff are so kind and friendly. Exceptional clean office. Do I recommend this place? Definitely yes yes yes.
