Now that he wears glasses, they continue to do an amazing job with him every time we're there. I'm also monitored closely because of concerns with my optic nerve, and I have always felt like I'm in great hands. They are extremely thorough, take the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and never make me feel rushed. Worst eye center EVER!…read more I took my glasses to the CROWN POINT office for REPAIRS ONLY. They broke my glasses. They hid what they did. A month after they ruined my glasses if it wasn't for me stopping by the criown point office I wouldn't have known that they broke the bridge and scratched the lenses. They did not have the courtesy to call me and let me know that they had destroyed my glasses. I paid almost $800.00 for my glasses. Instead repairing my glasses they scratched the lenses and broke the bridge. Long story short. TWO months into the situation they called me one day saying that I can pick up my glasses all ruined and that I had to pay for the mistakes they did and repair my glasses. NOT COOL!
