Don't wait your time here. The staff here just leave you with an uneasy feeling. On one occasion I had a customer service issue and asked to speak to the manager and it's clear where the direction in the store comes from as she was beyond rude and unhelpful. Apparently this store just operates this way. I've talked to at least half a dozen other other people I know who have had similar negative experiences with this store. I even wrote to Sunglass Hut about the experience and that must have fell on deaf ears. My days of shopping with them are over. Perhaps with a better manager and better staff training this could be a better place to shop. The only thing I can say positive is that they have a decent selection and a convenient location. But the staff and sales experience are not worth the trouble. Save your time and frustration and take your money to another store.

It's small, and the displays are particularly cool, but at the end of the day, they had the Ray Bans my girlfriend wanted and California-style wrap-arounds I wanted, which was good. There's only one person working there, and she was pretty nice and definitely knowledgeable, so that made our experience pretty hassle-free. We were in and out in like 10 minutes. The place was empty, so either it's not doing well or people just don't know about it yet. Check it out.

But then, thankfully, I was told that I could be put on a waiting list! I was seen the following week. The Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the doctor is very thorough during his examinations to make sure that you get the exact prescription you need. This is only my second pair of glasses so I was struggling to find frames that I liked, but Amy was there to guide me through the process.
