We were recommended to come to Warby Parker at Atherton Mill, 2000 South Blvd. First, the staff was very professional and welcoming . and Ms. Licensed Optician Lily H came to us and offered assistance sincerely. She is so awesome, she fixed the damages on the eyeglass frame on the spot after 20 minutes. She is very friendly and we asked to offer a fee and she told us that it was at NO COST to us. My friend got her eyeglasses back joyfully as she could see now as the eyeglasses was fixed just like NO accident happened . Some took my money and continued to make appointments with me even though they didn't know my condition well and weren't comfortable treating my condition. CEENTA charged me $160 while I waited 2 hours for them to rush me through an appointment with a specialist opthamologist that ended up doing me no good. Some didn't spend time with me and made me wait a long time. I felt that none of them both knew about my condition and were willing to explain it in detail to me. I even got some harmful advice from an opthamologist's office in New York that put me in a very bad condition. Dr. Khoshnevis's exceptional care was the best by far. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding my condition and was extremely helpful in explaining the condition to me and recommending treatment plans. Dr. Bonnie Chen, absolutely not. I have been wearing glasses and seeing specialist since I was in elementary school, but she has been the worst eye doctor I've ever seen. I am very nearsighted, have a decent astigmatism, retinal issues, and family history of eye health issues that could lead to blindness. When I would address my concerns with her, she dismissed them. She would tell me it is average life stuff that I wasn't having issues with. My final straw was when I expressed to her that I was having more troubles with light sensitivity - mainly when driving, but also when I was outside in general - even with the use of sunglasses. She told me it wasn't possible for me to have this experience because I have brown eyes. She then went on to tell me that I just needed my prescription updated (hadn't changed much), make sure my windshield was clean (already clean), and continue wearing sunglasses (still doesn't help).
