NO RESPONSE. The could've left a sign explaining why they were not open during business hours. They could have informed me when I called that they would be closing early. Now I'm inconvenienced by having to wait another week (business travel). POOR SERVICE DELIVERY. This will be my last transaction with this store... two poor interactions in one day. I work too hard and pay too much to experience what I did today. It has been said, "It takes years to gain customers and seconds to lose them." So true.

I liked how safe the experience was and that is always something I'm thinking about for my Mom. I have to say I am more than pleased with how both Lynn and the technician took care of my Mom. They were caring and gentle. My Mom is not in the best of health and the technician was SO patient with her. There was some trouble with the machine so the appointment took a lot longer but the challenges were communicated throughout with apologies. The tech did a much better job with addressing the issues I had for the first appt. Its almost as if she read my review! I love the prescription sunglasses I picked out which didn't even take a full two weeks to come back. My regular glasses was the first time I got progressive lenses. After two weeks of wearing them and not adjusting, I brought them back today and Lynn was happy to make adjustments. I would encourage anyone who wants no fuss with personalized experience to get their eye exam and/or glasses or contacts to come here. No waiting in a room full of people. However, he did put them in for me and had a staff member show and help show me an easier way to get them in and out which was really helpful. It was just apparent he was ready to move on to the next patient. No one ever likes to feel they are rushed no matter the situation. Great and convenient location for me.
