Pretty pleased with this Old Navy, which is in a hopping shopping center on the outskirts of Northlake Mall. I've stopped in several times & they've been really consistent. The employees greet you immediately as you walk in the store & several displays invite you to shop the latest looks. Clothes are neatly organized, arranged & the store itself is pretty large. Lighting is bright - which is a plus when determining the true color of the clothing. I was really happy when I called ahead today looking for a particular belt. The employee had someone pull it for me & it was waiting for me when I got there. Gotta love customer service! Be mindful of their parking situation, as they share it with several other shops in the area. read more

After my most recent visit I was like I need to go back and take away a star. I purchased some items online back on Black Friday for Christmas Gifts and had to return. It clearly says on my shipping form for easy returns that I could return/exchange at the store or through shipping. So of course I chose through store. All I wanted to do was exchange the jeans we had purchased for a smaller size. But I was told that I cannot exchange the jeans, that I needed to do a refund. Of course, because the jeans were not on sale for the price I purchased. I don't want to argue with everyone so fine give me my refund. Which btw, I am still waiting for to be returned to my bank account. SO SLOW. and this store was a hot mess on my visit. I have never seen it this way. And the way it was, it clearly did not happen over night or in one day. Trying to search through jeans was almost impossible because they were literally strewn all over the place. Going to the fitting room was like walking through the amazon jungle of clothes. The mess and clutter just didn't stop. The worst visit ever. It is a good thing I like Old Navy overall because based on this visit it should be a solid two stars. read more

I'm being kind with this review because I used to really like the store. It was my go-to for jeans and boxer shorts. And I'd often grab a few shirts. However, this location isn't what it used to be. They don't have as wide of a selection for sizes for jeans, the boxer shorts seem to be made with slightly flimsier material, and the cashiers take forever, which leads to extremely long wait times. It got so bad on my last visit that even after spending 50 minutes shopping, I walked off the line and left the store. I went to Kohl's and found what I needed. read more

Old Navy never seems to know what they're doing. Seems like every time I go in the store, this one in particular, they are in a perpetual state of entropic disorganization. You can never really find the alternative sizes for a shirt you like because they're all in mixed piles on tabletops. It's also as if they are constantly remodeling. In particular you can always be sure to find that the men's section has shrunk a little more each time you visit. I have never once come in here to find it perfectly organized. That said, I can still award Old Navy 3 stars. While the clothes aren't top quality, they still manage to have a decent variety of menswear squeezed into what little bit of area remains. Lately I noticed they've got a lot of shirts that emphasize "going outside" and nature and such. It seems to be the trend these days, at least for me. Though that won't change my dislike for "shirts with words on them". And if you're in that boat with me, you will be delighted to find that ON has a great selection of both patterned and plain shirts to be had. This includes my personal favorite: heather. You know that sort of washed out/textured look that is added to make a single color shirt look more complex. I love that design and Old Navy has it on lock. Another personal favorite of mine here is the selection of work-out-wear for men. Lots of color, lots of visibility and reflectivity and actually a dash of style that is on the level of H&M for men's work out gear. Be aware that their clothes all seem to run large and short and they absolutely do shrink in the dryer. Recently I've found that the necks in the shirts tend to stretch out a bit more than they used to. Seems that what little quality they had left is starting to go too. They also appear to struggle with speed and quality of service both on the floor and at the register. read more

My husband is a huge fan of Old Navy and after our last 2 visits, I am too! We came in around 1p on Black Friday and I was preparing myself for chaos and confusion. When we walked in, I was shocked at how organized things actually were! Granted, not like it would be on a normal day, but with the heavy traffic over the precious couple of days, I was expecting mountains of unfolded clothes everywhere. This wasn't the case and I had to mention how pleased I was to the staff. They kept the line moving and in order, and there were plenty of team members busy keeping the shelves in pretty good condition. I would recommend you stop in!! They always have some type of sale going on! read more

I only gave two stars because the product was awesome the dressing room was clean an very well organized. The customer service I received from the cashier there named Brandon was terrible!!! He barley talked and wouldn't even look me in the eye. He was talking on his walks with another clerk an felt he should be else whatever an not customer service. Hope they fix this for the next time I choose to come back. read more
