Took about 5 days for the glasses to arrive and the front desk lady followed me to my car to get my card for the payment because I forgot it in my car. The sales associate, Sonya, was helpful by starting my exam because the other staff was still at lunch during my appointment time. That portion was seamless and she was very nice. However, the technician that started the next portion of the exam was unprepared and unprofessional. She started off by admitting she forgot to put the camera she needed on the charger while at lunch but got technical support on the phone to try to fix the issue, as if she hadn't just told me the camera simply needed to be charged. After other technical difficulties and her storming out of the exam room a couple of times, I decided to leave because I didn't have any more time to waste. Sonya earned the 2 stars.
