No matter where I am in the United States, I can walk into any Warby Parker location, bring my glasses in, and get them adjusted quickly and professionally. That level of nationwide consistency is worth the price to me. The process is simple -- if it's busy, they'll take your information, send you a text or email, and you can go about your day until it's your turn. Very efficient. The store itself at Atherton Mill is beautiful -- clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed. I always appreciate the natural wood finishes, skylights, and the clever way they merchandise the frames. Everything feels modern and welcoming. My one small disappointment after moving to North Carolina from the Bay Area was the limited availability of low-bridge frames. In California, those options were plentiful, so I came in with the same expectation here and it wasn't quite met. Hopefully that continues to improve over time, because representation in fit options really matters. That said, the customer service has always been excellent. I never have to wait very long, the staff is professional, and the environment is consistently pleasant. Another bonus is the location. Atherton Mill is in a great area with plenty to do while you wait -- there's shopping, coffee, and places to browse. You can easily spend a little time window shopping at nearby spots like Lululemon, West Elm, or Anthropologie, which makes the visit feel less like an errand and more like part of your day. One practical tip: Parking at Atherton Mill can be a bit challenging, especially during busy times since there are several restaurants and retail stores in the area. Just be patient -- you'll find a spot. Overall, I truly value the reliability and customer care Warby Parker provides. Great service, beautiful stores, and dependable support wherever you are.

    I ordered a pair of glasses on January 10, 2026. Got email the same day stating they had started on…read moremy glasses. Great! Two weeks later I still had not received my glasses so I contacted customer service. Was told they were still working on them because there was a problem in the lab. Received email stating they would be delivered January 29. Just checked status and because of the weather, they will get them to me "as soon as possible". So with another winter storm coming, I will be lucky if I get them in another two weeks. In addition the frames I purchased were the same as the pair I bought in 2024 for $145. This time I paid $175 because they are designer frames made in Italy per the associate in the store. These frames were not made in Italy. Please don't insult my intelligence. My husband and I have bought at least 7 pairs of glasses at Warby. I have learned my lesson and we will not be returning. Buyer beware!

It's still too much for watching a video on MyEyeDr's youtube page while staff tells me how easy it (putting contacts in) is. Initially, I thought it was 60 - but 40 was towards other services. I'm a little less annoyed - but still pretty sour that I actually paid for that experience. UPDATE: So, I went back tonight (four or five days after my initial visit.) Honestly, I've gone back and forth over my initial review. Originally it was much longer, more detailed, and but I thought I was being unfairly biased/negative. I don't think that's the case after my return visit tonight. Now i need to find a new provider. This location will stay busy because of it's convenient location, but the customer service/problem resolution is sorely lacking. They made me angrier tonight - all of this is unnecessary, unforced errors on their part. I really wanted the individualized attention and guidance I saw someone else receive this evening, but it just seems like it's not meant to be. Now I'm going to have to wait an entire calendar year to try with a different provider or pay out of pocket for an eye exam because our schedules/availabilities don't align. This is an unnecessarily frustrating situation - truly pointless.

Worked with Rachel on fixing this and now, 2 and a half weeks since I've noticed the issue, they still do not have a fix or way to rectify this for me. Either extreme incompetence or they do not care about the job or the customer.

    My first time visiting this location, my normal spot is the Plaza Midwood location. I recently…read moremoved so this location is close to home and I can ride my bike. My visit was during the holidays, literally a few days before Christmas so basically took whatever was available. My initial experience walking in, one person at the desk but she was on the phone. She didn't acknowledge me but she's on the phone. The thing that bothered me was, she put the call on hold and walked back to the doctor and still no acknowledgement. Not a I'll be with you shortly or someone will be with you, nothing. After roughly 10 mins of sitting there with an appointment, another lady walked in and immediately acknowledged me and started my process. From this point on, great service. Doctor was great, nurse was amazing who took my initial specs before the doctor came in. I really enjoyed the doc, she gave me some great advice and suggestions. Seeing that I'm not new to Eye Dr, she was able to pull up my old records and supported much of what my prior doc suggested. I'll definitely be back to this location, great staff once the ball started rolling.

Checked in at 2:55, was taken back by 3 and was seeing the doctors by 3:15. I was walking out the door by 3:45! Standout employee - Laura. She was amazing! Polite, helpful and even cleaned and adjusted the arm on my glasses. Love when I revisit a place that I had a bad experience in and it's improved.

    1/12/18 Considering lasik surgery and called a view doctors…read morein the area and out of the 4 I called the receptionist for Dr Bilon was my favorite. Very friendly, clear, patient and most importantly knowledgeable of the process. Worked with me to set an appt that worked with both my work/school schedule. Pre-Screening appointment set for 1/30/18. 1/30/18 Arrived 10 mins early for my appointment only to be told that they have been trying to contact me for weeks to reschedule. I was told they sent me a letter which I eventually received but all of my important mail is sent electronically so I only get advertisement & spam mail so I rarely check the mailbox. They ended up having 2 numbers in my phone number inverted but appointment rescheduled for the next day (1/31/18). 1/31/18 Dr.Bilon was very apologetic for rescheduling the appointment which made me feel like they appreciated my time loss. The fact he explained to me why he had to reschedule at short notice definitely changed my initial review. The staff was again very personable and nice so the fact my appointment was rescheduled didn't matter as much. The appointment was great, Dr Bilon was very professional and explained the LASIK process and set realistic expectations. Dr Bilon's office forwarded my results and information to the lasik office which they called me the very next day to schedule the next step of my lasik journey. I would highly recommend him based on my experience.
