The first time I ordered my contacts they messed up the prescription (sheehy) and the person at the front desk refused to do anything about it until I had to pester him for almost a full week. I thought I finally found a place I could call Home for my eye care and unfortunately, this is not the place.. completely and utterly unprofessional front desk administration and I will never tell a soul to go here.

My pair of glasses were mixed up - wrong lenses in incorrect frames. LensCrafters noticed the problem and agreed to fix it for me. They also provided me with a partial refund because of their mistake. I never asked for it. They offered. It's nice when a large company shows that it cares about individual customers. After wearing the glasses for a week, I decided my frames weren't going to work out. Once again, they were awesome to deal with. I worked with 3 different salespeople and each of them offered the same great level of customer service. I will definitely be back.

I am stranded. Cannot drive. They refuse to provide my prescription so that I may purchase a cheap pair online just to get HOME!!!!! Their company is forcing me to drive without proper eyewear for several hours. I hope they have good insurance if anything happens on the drive!!!

They charged me 3…read moretimes and ultimate had to cancel the order because the store messed the order up so badly that the glasses would not have come. Customer service told me canceling would be the easiest solution because my insurance was "never charged". That was incorrect. Warby submitted the insurance claim in a way that can't be corrected and will take at least 2 months to work out. Not only that but the email they provided for customer service does not respond. Infuriating saga that continues. Don't go here. It's cheap but now I know why. They are awful and the customer service is nonexistent.

I like seeing the frames and I like being able to ask for advice in-person. Parking was good at Stuyvesant Plaza; I was able park nearby. My newest vision script was in-hand. I entered the store, found an employee, expressed two issues that I hoped to conquer with new frames, got her spot on and speedy advice, had my pupils measured, and paid. It took only 10 to 15 minutes for everything. The new glasses are coming directly to my home. I can go back to the store if I need a frame adjustment. I'm happy with their products, this new location, and the in-person service I received. I also don't mind saving 2/3 of the cost that the local optician would have charged. This order will be my 4th pair from Warby Parker so I'm clearly a happy customer.

The eye exam is relatively quick. Dr. Perreault takes her time making sure that "1 or 2 lens" is the clearer picture. The frame selection is decent sized and you can stay as long as needed when browsing. They will adjust your pair when it arrives and give you a new case and lens cleaner. Lastly, the office offers discounts on prescription sunglasses and contact packages. Saturday hours are available by appointment.
