Normally, I don't leave negative reviews. There is nothing more uncomfortable than your nail technician setting a timer. It Tells me right away that I'm going to be rushed. I asked for callus treatment as she was scrubbing my feet and I don't think she understood me because she just showed me the pumice stone and kept scrubbing my feet. Didn't put any cuticle cream on my toes didn't push back. The cuticles just went straight to cutting them with this little nail clipper thing. She did the same thing with my fingers which terrified me because I haven't had a manicure in a very long time and I actually flinched because she, cut too close to the nail bed. Last year roughly 5 months ago, I broke my leg and the scar is very prominent. You would have to be Stevie Ray wonder to not see it and the way she handled my leg grabbing the scar area was pretty shocking. When I said that I had requested a manicure as well I was hoping she was going to give me to somebody else, but she continued and I didn't have the time to request somebody different. Soaked my hands in water with lime, which is an acid... My right hand was only soaking for all of 10 seconds without cuticle cream And she went to just clipping away and cutting my cuticles. At this point, unfortunately I had already realized I wouldn't be going back even though I had been there when they first opened up a couple years ago. The first time I had been there was amazing. It was very sad experience. as she was applying my nail polish, I realize that she missed some of my cuticles. There were still excessive dryness. My hands felt tight. I saw a bunch of bubbles in the nail polish, which told me that it was put on too thick. I'm assuming he is the owner , very nice man when I asked him to see the nail for the bubbles... And I told him she put it on thick. He tilted my nails around hands and said no they're not thick, but then proceeded to put another layer of clearcoat which just made it even more bubbly When I went to check out the young lady who was very very nice asked me everything was OK. Nothing went wrong and I tried to explain to her and she says oh I wish she would've told us and I said well I did, but you still didn't fix it, and I don't have time to sit here and wait for somebody to repaint my nail polish all over again, I really feel gypped for 25 bucks on a manicure when I can pay Greenville car wash $25 and have them do an amazing job not have to check it worry about it. I paid $70 today and the only thing that I felt like I got out of it was Time wasted if you are a professional, you shouldn't have to let somebody know that something is wrong. You should make sure that you do it correctly. The first time the place wasn't that busy nobody was waiting to be served. I felt rushed and my nails look awful. Sorry for the long review I was doing talk to text Unfortunately, these salons don't even offer a refund. They just say oh we will give you 10% off ....that doesn't even cover me having to go to another place to have it done properly. I can't trust a third person to fix the nails..

First time here - came here on a Sunday afternoon around 1:30pm. Wait was already long/ put my name down for two pedicures and was asked to come back at 2:15. Wait another 30 mins to be seated. I will say all the staff is super nice. From the receptionist at the door to the staff that did my pedicure, they were very pleasant and accommodating. Facilities are clean.

They turned out great! Diana did a wonderful job! 10/10 would recommend. Nice clean salon. Not too busy.

Well, that was disappointing. After my initial review of my…read morefirst ever pedicure from a few weeks ago, my wife made an appointment for my second ever pedicure and for a manicure for herself, arranged for a Friday at 2PM. By appointment. We arrived five minutes prior to the appointment and we were invited to be seated in the pedicure massage chairs. Where we then sat unattended, or rather invisible, for 20 more minutes. There were five staff all busily working on manicures or pedicures. Four manicure customers were there. Three technicians at work on their nails with one technician probably doing a ladies nails with what must have been her friend sitting alongside waiting her turn. Three ladies were being given pedicures in the other occcupied chairs by two technicians as I think one lady was just waiting for her polish to dry. She seemed like a regular and knew the drill, so after a period of time, she shows up and left. The other two technicians were hard at work on the feet of these other two ladies, and intensely so. I am aware that there may be some miscommunication with language differences or maybe there is a cultural difference about the understanding of an appointed time and what expectations that should set, but this level of customer inattention is unacceptable. But, I was fine since my massage chair was set to full back massage and medium strength. My wife, however, also had an appointment made simultaneously to my pedicure for herself manicure. Being a good wife, taking care of her hubby, she wanted to ensure that my pedicure was underway before starting her own manicure. Which was why bad went to worse when a mother and pre-teen daughter walked in without an appointment. "Do you have time for a manicure?" "Sure" said me of the men technicians closest to the front of the shop, "Just take a seat right there", now the jump of the line is happening, and still no further notice of us sitting patiently. So I did go peruse the appointment book at the front desk. Columns of days of the week along the top and times down the rows. It seemed pretty wide open, indicating that most, if not all, of the other patrons were walk-in customers. It doesn't make any sense to have an appointment book and then not manage walk in traffic around that schedule. There wasn't even an attempt to explain to us the back log and being a bit behind and then they take another walk in, pretty much ahead of my wife in line - because she is sitting beside me and not at the manicure station. Miscommunication? Cultural differences such as an appointment meaning something else to them and a different thing to me? Or just poor customer service? Either way, too many other options to return here. At least I got a 15 minute back massage in the chair while we waited.

I walked in at 6pm on a Saturday. They say me in a pedicure chair right away, but I had to wait…read moreabout 30 minutes before anyone helped me. Left out of there about 7:15, so it definitely took longer than I expected to receive service since they sat me right away. All in all, seemed clean, decent color selection and enjoyable pedicure.
