I've been coming here for over a year, and I can honestly say they are amazing every single time! I love bringing in fun, detailed nail designs, and no matter how challenging they are, they execute them perfectly. The attention to detail is incredible, and I'm always getting compliments on my nails. Even better, their prices are so reasonable, especially considering the quality...Their pedicures are just as wonderful--they offer so many different scents and pedicure options, so it's always a relaxing treat!!! The entire staff is friendly, talented, and have insane attention to detail. I would rather walk around with a broken nail for a week then go anywhere else to get my nails done! Normally, I don't leave negative reviews. There is nothing more uncomfortable than your nail technician setting a timer. It Tells me right away that I'm going to be rushed. I asked for callus treatment as she was scrubbing my feet and I don't think she understood me because she just showed me the pumice stone and kept scrubbing my feet. Didn't put any cuticle cream on my toes didn't push back. The cuticles just went straight to cutting them with this little nail clipper thing. She did the same thing with my fingers which terrified me because I haven't had a manicure in a very long time and I actually flinched because she, cut too close to the nail bed. Last year roughly 5 months ago, I broke my leg and the scar is very prominent. You would have to be Stevie Ray wonder to not see it and the way she handled my leg grabbing the scar area was pretty shocking. When I said that I had requested a manicure as well I was hoping she was going to give me to somebody else, but she continued and I didn't have the time to request somebody different. Soaked my hands in water with lime, which is an acid... My right hand was only soaking for all of 10 seconds without cuticle cream And she went to just clipping away and cutting my cuticles. At this point, unfortunately I had already realized I wouldn't be going back even though I had been there when they first opened up a couple years ago. The first time I had been there was amazing. It was very sad experience. as she was applying my nail polish, I realize that she missed some of my cuticles. There were still excessive dryness. My hands felt tight. I saw a bunch of bubbles in the nail polish, which told me that it was put on too thick. I'm assuming he is the owner , very nice man when I asked him to see the nail for the bubbles... And I told him she put it on thick. He tilted my nails around hands and said no they're not thick, but then proceeded to put another layer of clearcoat which just made it even more bubbly When I went to check out the young lady who was very very nice asked me everything was OK. Nothing went wrong and I tried to explain to her and she says oh I wish she would've told us and I said well I did, but you still didn't fix it, and I don't have time to sit here and wait for somebody to repaint my nail polish all over again, I really feel gypped for 25 bucks on a manicure when I can pay Greenville car wash $25 and have them do an amazing job not have to check it worry about it. I paid $70 today and the only thing that I felt like I got out of it was Time wasted if you are a professional, you shouldn't have to let somebody know that something is wrong. You should make sure that you do it correctly. The first time the place wasn't that busy nobody was waiting to be served. I felt rushed and my nails look awful. Sorry for the long review I was doing talk to text Unfortunately, these salons don't even offer a refund. They just say oh we will give you 10% off ....that doesn't even cover me having to go to another place to have it done properly. I can't trust a third person to fix the nails.. read more

I Googled nail salons in the Greenville area and came across Sunshine Nails. I decided to give them a try because I was unhappy with the nail salons that I frequented on Fairview Road in the Simpsonsville area. I was in for a very pleasant surprise. My nail technician, Micheal did a fantastic job!! I have small nail beds, so the nail tips usually look fat and bloated. Micheal took his time and at each step made sure I was satisfied. My nails look beautiful and very natural. The atmosphere in the salon is soothing and comforting. A very lovely set up. I would definitely recommend Sunshine Nails. The best in the area. read more

Went in for a gel fill in manicure on 6/5. Appointment lasted 2 hours not including wait time (this was not my first manicure so I know this is NOT normal!). I ended up in urgent care by Friday 6/6 with a raging nail infection. The pain was AWFUL. By Saturday, I could barely use my thumbs and the warm water epsom salt soaks produced pus from underneath the nails. Every cuticle was damaged. After 5 days of antibiotics, I started to see the pain subside. I called on Monday, 6/9 and they wanted pictures. Except my nail polish color was basically the same color as the infected parts right next to my nails so the pictures didn't really show it. (plus I live alone--how do you get pics of your own hands when you can barely use them???) Seemed fairly unconcerned. I don't want money (never asked) but what I really wanted was some accountability for the tech to not do this again to someone else. So I guess writing this review is the only way I achieve that end goal. If there had been any sort of care and concern for me after I talked to them, that was really all I wanted. read more

Not worth your time or money. I was a walk-in but they were very rude about it after I sat down. The woman who did my nails acted as if she were doing me a favor. I would have accepted a simple " no, we do not have time" Instead...it was a rush job and I walked out paying more than I expected for not a great job. The Worst! I was referred to this nail salon from my stylist and I made an appointment with her nail tech for a regular mani & pedi. After waiting 15 minutes, I ended up with someone other than who I requested. No big deal, she was very nice. Good Pedicure, absolutely the most awful manicure. Not only did she cut my cuticles to the nub, filed my nails to the quick, everything bubbled by the time I got to the car. I went in the next day to see if they would give me a credit or a gift card for a polish change, they said nope, you have to have it redone right now or we will give you a 10% discount on your next visit. What? The manicure was $27 and you want to give me what amounts to $3 for your mistake? (I wanted them to see how awful my nails looked before I left to go out of town, that's why I couldn't get the polish change then) I know a lot of nail places just want to do the expensive dip or tips, but there are still some of us that don't want all that. There are way, way too many nail salons in this area to waste your time with these people who don't understand customer service! Never Again! read more
