Although pricier than other salons, I'm Willing to pray for quick, professional service. The most I've waited is 10 minutes, parking is plenty, and all technicians are good. They are even open on Sundays during the summer. read more

Q does a great job (the only one worth going back for). He is attentive to my sensitive hands and works magic! He's simply amazing!! Note: They makeup the hours on Sunday. It shows in several sites (including Yelp) they are open until 6pm, but when you call to schedule an appointment, the hours then vary by personnel. I would ONLY stick to getting your nails done. I've had my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure and would NEVER have those services done again. Burned and bleeding is all I can say. Tina Did an amazing job on my toes nail shape and paint job. (My Visit was April 2017) Now the vibe is dry and boring. The Location is nasty needs a entire new paint job,floor job,new chairs ,tables,everything. I was recommended to come here and was disappointed. The Prices are extremely high compared to prices in California. A deluxe Pedi with gel mani is 44 to 45$ I use to pay between 18-25 $for use a polish no design deluxe pedi that actually included a good toe massage,Lavender or lemon scrub,hot towels,hot lotion and a properly working massage chair and a cup of flavored a water,water,or green tea while your getting work on as well as allowing you to charge your phone near by. The towels were dirty, the foot tub was not sterilized prior to running the water, no plastic bag ,no visible Quats with (Disinfection and Sanitation Station or simple the Blue stuff the utensils suppose to sit in for 15mins prior to the next use) Utensils being cleaned. Literally 3-5 days later my left foot begin to itch. i didn't think nothing of it I thought I was bit by a red ant that was in my outdoor shoes. So i through away those shoes but the itching was unbearable with tiny red bumps and peeling skin. Finally I sought after professional advice and found out it was dermatitiis a form of athlete foot. I have never had this before in my entire LIFE nor does anyone in my home have it. It was from the foot tub,utensils or towels at this salon. Do i recommend this place? absolutely NOT!. I am a licensed Cosmetologist and thank God that I have developed my own knowledge and skill set and since moving here and since this visit I have been taking care of my own toes and nails and they more healthier than ever. read more

I am visiting from out of town and wanted to get a new set of nails. I am a longtime nail wearer, and boy am I picky. Let me tell you, I will be back to Nails Forte. My nails are nearly perfect. We have all had that bad nail salon experience or two.....but Chu did my nails perfectly. He was funny and fast and gentle. Tools were all sterilized and clean. I advise making an appointment as his book looked full and the salon was busy. I highly recommend this place! Oh, take cash. They prefer it. read more

I have been seeing Tammy for a few years now. They do a "hard" gel french manicure and it lasts for weeks! I come away feeling like a million bucks with my classic nails! For my pedicures I go a little more bold! I keep coming back. Glad my teenage daughter introduced me! read more

I've been getting my nails done at this salon since it opened in 2007. I've been in turmoil against myself for if I should post a review or not, but I had an appointment for myself and a friend before our vacation in June. Our pedicures were fulfilled but when it came to my nails in particular I knew something wasn't right as I'd been sitting in the pedicure chair watching customers come and go from Q's chair who I had an appointment with. Finally, I asked after his wife being the one to do my pedicure kept pestering him about going to dinner if my nails were actually going to be done. He literally told me "no" even after having a reservation, plus it being the Friday before we left for vacation I was out of options. Luckily I called sc nail bar and they fit me in to get my finger nails done the way I wanted and re did my friends pedicure as it didn't look the way she wanted. I'm still so disappointed in the way this salon treated me. I was in the service industry for 15 years and always made sure my customers were taken care of. After so many years of loyalty I would never recommend this salon to another friend. read more

I went here about two weeks ago. I got acrylics and a few days ago the top of my pinky finger was swollen and pus was coming out of my cuticle. It kept getting worse, the lady I got pushed my cuticles back too far so it created an infection over time. I am working on trying to clear up my infection and i won't be coming here again!! I had never been here. It wasn't buys the woman took her time making sure ever nail was perfect! She went to put the hot towels on my arms and asked if they were to hot it was the first time I've ever been asked and I told her it was to hot so she waved it around for me. When she put the nail color on she checked to see if I liked it. I got to my car and of course smudged it and I came back in and she fixed it for free! They were so nice!! read more

This is by far the most reliable nail salon that I have found in Greenville. Sometimes it's fantastic, sometimes just acceptable for my strange OCD self, but never is it a bad job. I go there regularly, but yesterday Kim absolutely knocked it out of the park. My nails are so mesmerizing that I will make the commitment to schedule appointments with her from now on. On top of that, she stayed late to give me this perfect full set of gel nails in an almond shape, which takes a lot of work. She didn't complain or seem put out at all. Despite my introversion, she actually chatted with me the whole time and had fun with her work. Yes, sometimes there is a long wait. And yes, they are very no-nonsense and often speak to each other in a different language. But, you're going there for professionally perfected nails, aren't you? read more

This place is awesome! I moved to Greenville almost two years ago and have been searching for a good nail salon and I finally feel like I found one. The staff is friendly and professional, they are busy but I didn't feel rushed and they did an excellent job! I would recommend it to all. Had a great pedicure and then went my manicure. I prefer the powder with no tips (more natural). However, when buffing the surface of my nails and working at my cuticles, the technician I had cut quite a few of my cuticles and they started bleeding. While I will admit I should have spoken up more, I couldn't wait for this experience to be over. One finger in particular proceeded to keep bleeding for most of the process, yet at the very end she spread the cleaning alcohol over my nails and the open wound included. Just as painful as it sounds. Had tears in my eyes and couldn't wait for this to be over... By the time I got to the sink to wash my hands my finger was still bleeding, burning and I showed her and she just patted it dry. Will not be returning. read more

I've been going to this salon practically since it opened and have watched it steadily go downhill. The last straw came this weekend when I went for a simple manicure. The technician, who has been there forever, rushed through it, pulled on my cuticles and cut my nails down to the nub. I will not be back. I came in for a manicure with gel polish and pedicure. My nail polish only lasted about 5 days before it steered peeling. I have been getting gel manicures for years at other salons (I couldn't go to my normal salon due to time constraints) and always get at least 2 1/2 to 3 week's before I need to redo. The polish was not even ans appeared very sloppy around by nail bed. The pedicure looked ok- from far away. When you get up close, polish was left in my toes on the areas surround the nail, vary sloppy looking. I was highly disappointed as the services were pricier than other salons in the area. For the price I paid, I would have expected services with the price I paid. read more

I've been here 3-4 times for mainly pedicures, without appointments. The service is good, although they stay pretty busy. They are thorough and do a good job. Lots of polish choices and all the add-ins you could want. The polish lasts a long time. Love that they're open on Sunday. read more
