I was in town and decided to get my nails done, I haven't been here since I went to high school in Greenville 8+ years ago and it's still a great team. they are quick, I didn't have to wait at all either and my nails are so pretty. perfect length and shape, and I love when the nail tech will ask you if you like them, which she did multiple times! I wanted light pink not realizing there light pink was clear, the white part on every nail is uneven and looked smudged on some parts. I wanted them cut a little shorter not realizing they would file them down all the way as well and all my nails are of different lengths. There are 6 manicure stations and 7 pedicure stations. I was there for a "spa pedicure"- the cheapest of the pedicures offered. The chair is nice- the technician can adjust the location of the chair (short vs. tall ppl) but also a remote attached for me to choose my massage during the pedicure. My technician gave me the most relaxing calf and foot massage- first with an exfoliating scrub and then a little later with a moisturizing lotion. My toenails grow kind of funny- they grow curved and upwards in the center. She seems to have done a good job with their natural funny shape but I will be able to tell more after they dry. This place seemed pretty clean- the technician wore gloves. I will be sure to write an update if I (or my friend) happen to get an infection. read more

The first time I went here It was fantastic.. this time was less than great.. I paid $70 for this?? My pinky nail isn't even all the way covered or painted! The lady didn't do any nail prep besides filling, no cuticle cutting or pushing, no cleaning, nothing. Worst nail set I've ever had. read more

The manicurist was really rough, ripped up my cuticles, patchy uneven too thick gel powder.

I don't recommend this place. I got my nails done for prom and not only was the acrylic loose, but the woman cut each of my fingers by peeling up too much of the cuticle. And it was all about $70 dollars. I wanted white nails and got a translucent powdery color. The nail beds were crooked and uneven as well. I may have requested the incorrect service but the quality shouldn't have been THAT poor, regardless. And it seemed like the person doing my nails really didn't want to be there, and made comments about me being there too early when my mother was the one who set the appointment that time and was not told anything about that time being unavailable or anything like that. I don't know if they've improved over time or not but wanted to share my experience. I'm glad to see others had better experiences, though, truly. This isn't the place for me, it seems. read more

She lady who did my nails doesn't know how to do acrylic nails her beed was too wet and uneven. She didn't cut my nails straight left a bubble in the middle. And she cut my finger. A very disappointing experience. Tonight was my second visit in a month and if I were smart I would have got up and walked out. After waiting 35 minutes, the girl came over to me for what can only be described as the worst pedicure I've ever had. She never even asked which one I wanted, and I had intended to get the upgraded pedicure. I wouldn't even call what she did a basic one and at $29 this was a complete waste of time. She spent more time talking to the other nail techs. The woman in the chair next to me had a pedicure that lasted over an hour as a comparison. The foot "massage" was a joke. There are plenty of nail salons out there and I won't be returning to this one. read more

Called ahead 30 mins to make an appointment for two pedis and came in, sat right down. Staff was friendly and took their time on our pedis and the leg and foot massage was perfect. Very relaxing. Everything seemed clean and my feet feel so much nicer. Highly recommend! Treat yo' self! read more

First time ever coming here and was very pleased. My six year old daughter and I went together to get pedicures today (easter weekend) and got there a few minutes after they opened. They got us in right away and we're extremely nice, professional and overall great service given. They are a Tiny bit more then most places ($33 for my pedi and $28 for my 6 yr old) but the service was great! read more

I usually only leave reviews if I'm impressed, but this place was the worst nail salon I've been to in Greenville. I told the guy nail tech that I wanted overlay with gel polish. He kept trying to convince me to get dip powder and I kindly declined. The moment I told him "No thank you" and that I wanted my natural short nails he stopped talking/ engaging with me. I told him I wanted a design on my nails and he said "design will not look good on natural nail" I felt that was quit rude and dismissive if I'm asking for a service. I had to ask him to go over my nails again with polish because I could see the side of my nails due to him not fully polishing. He has filed and buffed my nails so much that my several of my cuticles were bleeding. I paid $51 for bad service. If you have a problem with customers getting short natural nails, put a sign on the door so people will know. I will NEVER go back to that salon. If you go, opt for one of the lady nail techs they were nice to customers from what I could see. read more

BAD!! HORRIBLE!! DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE. My friend and I had an appoint made and still had to wait 30 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were there. Then I had to ask for the colors. The color I picked in the dip powder colors ended up being a gel so I had to choose a different one. I chose a light pink after the lady assured me it was not see through. While she was doing my nails, I brought to her attention that it was in fact see through. She said "oh yes this one is see through I forgot." Then tried to fix it by dipping another color on top. My nails were SO thick and looked the worst they ever have. Then she painted the top coat and checked to see if it was dry (it was not and she messed up one of the nails then she tried to blame me saying I rubbed it on the towel). I then told them I was unhappy and asked to remove this from my nails and do the gel instead since it looked so bad and was not what I asked for. The same lady did my nails, refused to take the dip all the way off, and painted gel on top of the dip. It looks so so bad I am going somewhere else to let them take them off and do something else. I could have done my own nails better than this. Not to mention I wasted $68 and 2.5 hours here. Extremely disappointed in this place. read more
