Kim and her staff were excellent. My friends and I never felt rushed and they took their time with both the pedicures and manicures. They all talked to us and were not distracted like a previous yelp review mentioned. Thank you Kim and staff. read more

On a road trip and wanted a relaxing pedicure after driving all day and this place was great. Ms. Kim & her associate were wonderful, took us about 45 minutes before closing and stayed a little late. Great massage & cute toenails for $35. And they were both very fun to chat with! read more

Yes, yes, yes! LOVE Marie - but everyone who's done my nails at this establishment has been fantastic. Highly recommend. Best kept secret in Greenville!! :) read more

she really did a great job! i only got a polish change on my fingers, no manicure. I asked for one layer of sns with gel polish. i also had sns previously, so that had to be soaked off. I was cut a little on the side of my finger that bled during service, but they have a rewards program when you can spin a wheel to receive a discount, my discount was 1% so my price was $76. ($74+$2 credit card fee) they are definitely pricey for a polish change, I was shocked by the final price. Price breakdown: SNS dip $45.58 (I don't think they do partial if you only get one layer) Upgrade service $10.58 (price to add gel polish) Plus gel polish $20.58 (I think this was the soak off price) read more

My husband and weree visting Greenville this past weekend, so we stopped in for some gel mani/pedi's. From the moment we walked in Kim (the owner) was so kind and helpful to us. We got the deluxe pedicures to start with. Kim serviced my husband, almost put him to sleep with her awesome leg and foot massage( he works on his feet all day. so thank you). Marie serviced me. she was absolutely amazing, super sweet and polite...I showed her a pic of what I wanted and She understood the assignment after just one glance! I've never seen such kind and caring nail salon like this one. We will definitely be back everytime we visit your beautiful city! I pray all of the success in the world to this Salon! You have truly amazed us! read more

WARNING WARNING!!!! Don't waste your time or money!!!!!! I walked in showed a picture of what I wanted the lady told me the price. She started my nails as she was so busy FaceTiming with her phone propped up. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional but whatever. So then another lady comes from the back and she moves me to her seat. So I start all over , show her the picture and tell her the price the lady quoted me and she so K. So she starts to paint my nails and I stopped her and showed her the picture again saying like this. She said no no no you pay more for that as she is standing up and yelling. I say forget I will leave like this and finish them somewhere else. The only young man that can speak good English that works there was super nice and came over told her to calm down and explained that I was in the right. So anyway she finished 2 hours later minding you I only got acrylic set with thin French. I was upset the entire time. This lady should not be aloud to work with the public period! So after she puts me under the light table to dry she come over says I'm done I can pay and go. I look at my nails and they are awful. Lumps, hair, polish all over my skin, not at all what I wanted. The young man took my payment and apologized and offered a little discount. Thankful but it wasn't about the money it wasn't what I wanted. They looked like my 4 Year old child painted them. So here I am with jacked up nails and have to go sit at another salon to get it fixed! Very rude , don't waste your time or money! THANKS FOR RUINING MY ME TIME KAREN!!! read more

Very happy with both of my visits to Kim's Nails. No appointment necessary, with none to minimal wait times. Fair prices with more in-depth massages for pedicures and manicures (which who doesn't love?!). They also take pride in what they're doing without the customer feeling rushed or not important. read more

Rude service. The man, Henry, who opens is very unprofessional on the weekends. He did not properly do my manicure.

I made an appointment with Kim to get pink and white nails. I was not told that they paint on the white, a process I used years ago. When I arrived I was told that Kim left for the doctor. I was given Jennifer and she was sweet, but my pedicure was Unsatisfactory. My nails were worse and began to peel off on the drive home. I went back today and the fingernails were fixed but my toes are still pretty bad. They were nice about the one hour fix. I made pictures but I don't see a place to post them. If you like pink and white, this isn't the salon for you. read more

The absolute worst nail salon I've ever been to. I got my eyelashes tinted and the owner Kim got the dye in my eyes. It proceeded to burn massively and create stinging. She had left the room so I had to call out to get someone to take it off. My eyes were extremely bloodshot and remained like this. I didn't want to pay for the service as the tint didn't even stay on my lashes the amount of time it was supposed to, caused massive burning and stinging and she demanded that I pay $40 for her AWFUL job. I ended up calling the police and having to pay because it was her place of work. She was exceptionally rude, took pictures of me and threatened to post them everywhere because I didn't want to pay for POOR SERVICE. This is the worst type of business, and she is creating awful business by not taking care of her customers. read more

beware of this place! unsanitary procedures and amateur services. powder nails were chunky and uneven & polish started rubbing of day after having done. deluxe pedicure is a scam to take your money for doing nothing. i had to clip my own toe nails bc they did not fully finish along with dead skin on toe nails. so disappointed $120 + $25 tip later read more

Had a terrible experience. Came to get a pedicure. The water was freezing. I asked to heat it up and she said "it's good" in very broken English. Tools weren't clean. Also she got more polish on my toes than she did the nail. Would not recommend. read more

Kim did an amazing job on both the pedicure and gel manicure. Had the best leg massage ever with my pedicure. Would recommend to anyone!

I am updating my review, a week later. The salon did a good job on my nails initially but it has been only one week and the polish on most of my toes has peeled off already and the top layer of my nails has come off! I have been to many salons and gotten pedicures and manicures often, it is pretty unacceptable for them to be peeling off and coming off already. I also do not work with my hands or have done anything harsh for this to happen. I will likely go somewhere else to get them done again unfortunately.. read more

I had an awesome massage! And my toes were done perfectly! I had two ingrown toenails due to my last place cutting them too short, but she skillfully removed them and my feet look and feel AMAZING. I got the deluxe pedicure due to ingrown toenails and calloused heels and it was still only $45! The massage alone was worth that! They offer coffee and donuts and while I was in there a homeless gentleman came in, I had actually seen him wandering around the highway yesterday, and he sat by the door. He never said a word. A young lady brought him two donuts and a cup of coffee. When he finished, he left. You could tell it's probably a daily thing. I thought that was awesome. They give you water and coffee and are just so very nice! Will definitely return on my next trip to Greenville! read more

I was looking for a place that was actually open on the holiday and NOTHING was open. I was about to give up when I saw Kim Nails was open. I was just so happy someone was open that I went in. I was the first customer of the day and they immediately got me in a chair for my pedicure. The water wasn't quite warm but when the tech got started, it got so much better. She spent almost an hour on my feet before even starting to paint and I nearly fell asleep during the massage. The paint job was well done and looks beautiful. I got gel on my fingers and they actually did the nail shaping and soaking while I was still in the pedicure chair and then had me move to put the polish on. The colors are rich and beautiful. The staff are very friendly. I'll definitely be back! read more

I did not likeKim's nails I felt like I was rushed I asked to get my feet done twice and I did not end up getting my feet done because they didn't wanna do my feet. They did not file my nails down right my nails were still sharp they acted like they were scared to cut my nails down a little shorter when I asked them too two nails fell off in a week of having them I asked for short and I know he'll still medium length read more

Great pedicure. Kim did an excellent job. Leg and foot massage were Heavenly. My toes look lovely.

Easy to get in and great location, but both times I've been there I had to get nails repaired elsewhere. There is not much communication during the service most likely because of language barrier, and nails chip and peel within a week (dip). read more

These ladies are wonderful! Ms. Kim is the absolutely best, a perfectionist, and was is even honest about tiny flaws in the work that you may not have noticed at first. They make sure you're satisfied with the job. She spent extra time on the hand massage even when I went in for just a polish change! read more

Kims Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Greenville, South Carolina

The best pedicure ever and they actually take the time to give an amazing massage. I highly recommend them to my friends.

Worst nail place ever. They don't know how to shape the nails nor did they connect the nail to the tip. Every nail is a different shape. Fill in was sloppy and not clean. read more

I find the review where the customer says Kim gave her a poor and damaging lash dye, forced her to pay, took pictures of her, etc. very hard to believe. I have been having my nails done by Kim for 4 years, and she is a kind and respectful professional--doing an excellent job at an incredibly reasonable price. In fact, I have observed Kim show many customers great understanding and concern. During one of my visits, for example, a young woman came in for a service and dissolved into tears as she was talking with Kim about a personal problem. At the end of the service Kim hugged the woman and refused to let her pay for the service. I cannot stress enough what a good person Kim is. read more

My girlfriend was not happy with her manicure when she left out the other night. She spoke with the owner/manager when she came in the next day like the owner/manager asked her to do and she refused to refund her the money. The owner/manager began to say that my girlfriend should consider the time and the persons family who spent time working on her nails even when my girlfriend told the owner/ manager the night of that she was not satisfied with her nails and they would not fix them. There is NO REFUND policy placed any where in the store to let you know that you can't get your money back. The manager asked me if I owned and business and what kind of business it was and she stated that a "nail salon" isn't like any other business and doesn't need a refund policy! I would not recommend you bring your business to her due to the lack of integrity set by the owner/manager of this store. I have filed a complaint with the BBB! read more
