she really did a great job! i only got a polish change on my fingers, no manicure. I asked for one layer of sns with gel polish. i also had sns previously, so that had to be soaked off. I was cut a little on the side of my finger that bled during service, but they have a rewards program when you can spin a wheel to receive a discount, my discount was 1% so my price was $76. ($74+$2 credit card fee) they are definitely pricey for a polish change, I was shocked by the final price. My husband and weree visting Greenville this past weekend, so we stopped in for some gel mani/pedi's. From the moment we walked in Kim (the owner) was so kind and helpful to us. We got the deluxe pedicures to start with. Kim serviced my husband, almost put him to sleep with her awesome leg and foot massage( he works on his feet all day. so thank you). Marie serviced me. she was absolutely amazing, super sweet and polite...I showed her a pic of what I wanted and She understood the assignment after just one glance! WARNING WARNING!!!! Don't waste your time or money!!!!!! I walked in showed a picture of what I wanted the lady told me the price. She started my nails as she was so busy FaceTiming with her phone propped up. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional but whatever. So then another lady comes from the back and she moves me to her seat. So I start all over , show her the picture and tell her the price the lady quoted me and she so K. So she starts to paint my nails and I stopped her and showed her the picture again saying like this. She said no no no you pay more for that as she is standing up and yelling. I say forget I will leave like this and finish them somewhere else. The only young man that can speak good English that works there was super nice and came over told her to calm down and explained that I was in the right. So anyway she finished 2 hours later minding you I only got acrylic set with thin French. I was upset the entire time. This lady should not be aloud to work with the public period! So after she puts me under the light table to dry she come over says I'm done I can pay and go. I look at my nails and they are awful. Lumps, hair, polish all over my skin, not at all what I wanted. The young man took my payment and apologized and offered a little discount. Thankful but it wasn't about the money it wasn't what I wanted. They looked like my 4 Year old child painted them. I made an appointment with Kim to get pink and white nails. I was not told that they paint on the white, a process I used years ago. When I arrived I was told that Kim left for the doctor. I was given Jennifer and she was sweet, but my pedicure was Unsatisfactory. My nails were worse and began to peel off on the drive home. I went back today and the fingernails were fixed but my toes are still pretty bad. They were nice about the one hour fix. I made pictures but I don't see a place to post them. If you like pink and white, this isn't the salon for you. read more

The absolute worst nail salon I've ever been to. I got my eyelashes tinted and the owner Kim got the dye in my eyes. It proceeded to burn massively and create stinging. She had left the room so I had to call out to get someone to take it off. My eyes were extremely bloodshot and remained like this. I didn't want to pay for the service as the tint didn't even stay on my lashes the amount of time it was supposed to, caused massive burning and stinging and she demanded that I pay $40 for her AWFUL job. I ended up calling the police and having to pay because it was her place of work. She was exceptionally rude, took pictures of me and threatened to post them everywhere because I didn't want to pay for POOR SERVICE. This is the worst type of business, and she is creating awful business by not taking care of her customers. read more

I am updating my review, a week later. The salon did a good job on my nails initially but it has been only one week and the polish on most of my toes has peeled off already and the top layer of my nails has come off! I have been to many salons and gotten pedicures and manicures often, it is pretty unacceptable for them to be peeling off and coming off already. I had an awesome massage! And my toes were done perfectly! I had two ingrown toenails due to my last place cutting them too short, but she skillfully removed them and my feet look and feel AMAZING. I got the deluxe pedicure due to ingrown toenails and calloused heels and it was still only $45! The massage alone was worth that!They offer coffee and donuts and while I was in there a homeless gentleman came in, I had actually seen him wandering around the highway yesterday, and he sat by the door. He never said a word. A young lady brought him two donuts and a cup of coffee. When he finished, he left. You could tell it's probably a daily thing. I thought that was awesome. She takes time and works on them feet with care and then gives him the best calf massage he's ever had. It's best to make an appointment for Saturdays but most of the time there is no wait. Never more than three working so she may have to turn a few people away but I feel like they all give you great service. If your looking for a glass a wine, someone talking your head off while you're trying to relax, and tv's are music blarring this is not the place for you. I was looking for a place that was actually open on the holiday and NOTHING was open. I was about to give up when I saw Kim Nails was open. I was just so happy someone was open that I went in. I was the first customer of the day and they immediately got me in a chair for my pedicure. The water wasn't quite warm but when the tech got started, it got so much better. She spent almost an hour on my feet before even starting to paint and I nearly fell asleep during the massage. The paint job was well done and looks beautiful. I got gel on my fingers and they actually did the nail shaping and soaking while I was still in the pedicure chair and then had me move to put the polish on. The colors are rich and beautiful. I have been having my nails done by Kim for 4 years, and she is a kind and respectful professional--doing an excellent job at an incredibly reasonable price. In fact, I have observed Kim show many customers great understanding and concern. During one of my visits, for example, a young woman came in for a service and dissolved into tears as she was talking with Kim about a personal problem. My girlfriend was not happy with her manicure when she left out the other night. She spoke with the owner/manager when she came in the next day like the owner/manager asked her to do and she refused to refund her the money. The owner/manager began to say that my girlfriend should consider the time and the persons family who spent time working on her nails even when my girlfriend told the owner/ manager the night of that she was not satisfied with her nails and they would not fix them. There is NO REFUND policy placed any where in the store to let you know that you can't get your money back. The manager asked me if I owned and business and what kind of business it was and she stated that a "nail salon" isn't like any other business and doesn't need a refund policy!
