I'm a little conflicted about this review. The two men who did my pedicure were very friendly, warm, and professional. They were amazing. The woman who did my dip on the other hand made me feel so unwelcomed. I could tell from the moment she sat down she wanted nothing to do with me. She made two of my fingers bleed with the drill and my dip nails definitely lack quality. Uneven drilling, sides of nail with no dip at all, hang nails, bits of the dip hanging over my nails, and dip under my nails! When I went to wash my hands I noticed a good amount of build up under my nails so I sat back in my seat to get it filed down. She was so mad!! And when I said there was some left after she filed a bit off she literally shooed me away. I am willing to try this place again but I will refuse to have that same woman work on my nails!! read more

This is about the best place we have in the area! Every time I come I have a really great experience and nail job! They keep it very sanitary with the tools they use so that's nice! Coming from the Boston area, I was very skeptical about finding somewhere new and my expectations were exceeded. Do not waste your time or money. While I was shopping, I broke my thumb nail which was just manicured a week prior at another location and painted with the powder polish for French tips. As I walked in, there were approximately 10 employees walking around doing nothing but two were with clients. I asked how long the wait would be to fix my thumb nail with powder and she told me to come back in 30 minutes. I returned and the lady started removing what was left of the previous powder with a high speed hand piece. She was working so quickly it started to burn my nail. I jerked my hand back and she found that offensive. She started using gel polish and I told her repeatedly that my other nails are powder. After coats and coats of the gel polish I finally had to get ugly about it and I told her to remove it and I will go somewhere else. She was having a difficult understanding English. While removing she filed down my original nail to almost nothing. Another woman stepped in to take over and she was very rude. She put an acrylic nail on top of my original nail to extend it since it was hacked off 5 mins prior. She made rude comments to me and I could not wait to get out of there. While I was waiting another customer walked in very upset to complain about her experience she had there earlier in the day. Apparently her nails turned brown. They were very rude to her as well. I left paying $5 and an extreme amount of glue bonding my nail to my skin. I had to peel it off which caused it to bleed. Now it is extremely sensitive. Horrible experience, I do not know how that place is still open. You would think a place for convenience would step up there game a little since they are the only nail salon in the mall. Terrible, terrible experience. I am not one who is quick to write a review but hopefully if someone reads this I can spare them some time and money. Went in with a friend from out of town to get an acrylic fill in. Since I am new to the area I asked a coworker where to go and they recommended this place. At first everything was fine until I realized how quickly the lady was doing my nails. She also KEPT asking if I wanted gel instead of regular (which I didn't) and finally when I turned her down enough she didn't say another word to me. Instead she unevenly cut and rounded my nails and filed my nail beds so hard that when she put the polish on my nails it hurts me stung. To make matters worse as I examined my nails at the end the lady smirked and then stated "Next time you get gel, okay!?" And proceeded to walk away, she left all the glue on my fingers and knew she did a terrible job. On top of that the polish was so thick it didn't dry properly and I had to get a man to redo them the next day. So save your time and money, go somewhere else and if you do go here don't let the lady in the first chair to your left do your nails. read more

I never been treated so horribly at a nail salon. After waiting about an hour (which I was okay with), the lady began to service my nails. I mentioned I wanted a shorter length full acrylic set, however the lady decided to give me a length so short that I might as well painted my nails. I told her nicely that it was too short and she ignore me and kept going. I decided to look past it and then just asked for a breakdown of the cost. Asking bothered her which was a clear sign that she knew she was being unethical. I couldn't believe how a basic $25 acrylic set was up charged. She tacked on $5 just because, $5 to add the tip, $5 to shape the tip to oval, $5 for regular polish. I never had a service that you had to pay double for it. She became upset with me for asking about the break down and started raising her voice with the assumption I would respond back the same and talking over any question I asked. Let's be clear I am a very calm none confrontational person. I like peace and quiet. I had to inform her to lower her voice. Not only that, she just immediately decided to get the acetone to remove my tips, at this point I was over the service and wanted to leave as well. I paid for the toe polish done by the other worker there and the $5 for taking the tips off with no acrylic on. It was horrible customer service, extremely rude, and the worse place to go to. I wouldn't dare spend another dime in this salon. They are so unorganized. Me and my daughter got there at 7pm and waited an hour and a half to be serviced, I can expect that but when customers that came in way after us got served before us. I guess our little fill in didn't matter to them compared to the people who were getting full sets and pedicures.
