I've been trying different nail salons for over two years to find "my place" and I think my search finally ended today. I called this morning to get an appointment. When I arrived I waited about 20 minutes but it was fine. It was TOASTY in that place though. They had the door open but it was still pretty warm. Jenna was my technician and she was THE BEST! She was kind, fun, and worked a miracle on my tootsies! They have literally never looked as good. She took great detail in every step and I could not have been happier. She also put the lotion and everything for my pedicure in the warmer they have so the lotion and oils were warm. So soothing! She made a color suggestion that I thought was great - a brighter red than I had originally picked out. I had a glitter pedicure on when I came in and after she finished the first coat of red she asked if I wanted red glitter for the second coat. Yes, please. It really made the pedicure pop! I love that she anticipated I would like it and it made me like my pedicure even more. I will 100% be making appointments with her again - and regularly. The salon was clean and they use the plastic tub covers for each pedicure which I like. They also have fresh tools for each service in the packaging. The massage chairs are in good condition and were comfortable. There was a tree up in the salon and there wasn't loud music or tv on... it was a relaxing experience. Knocking one star only because of the heat and because I didn't see their services posted anywhere when you walk in so I wasn't able to pick out what I wanted until I was seated in the pedicure chair. Their prices are reasonable though and they have at least 6 different types of deluxe pedicures. They also have pretty decent parking. It's a small parking lot in a strip of stores but I didn't have any issues. I highly recommend checking them out and be sure to ask for Jenna! Tell her that Rachel sent you!

Jason took me right away and was very personable and friendly. The salon was also very clean and spacious. I got my acrylic nails removed and got a gel manicure after and it was $51. I appreciated the time Jason took in removing my nails so it could be as pain-free as possible! I will be back for my routine gel manicure!

The salon is very clean and inviting. There was a group of women getting pedicures and having a good time! I was directed to a pedicure chair and asked if I like my water hot. I told her yes-very! The pedicure chair has an excellent massager and there is a phone charger on the arm rest! I've never seen this before and was very impressed! My pedicure was the best I've had in Spartanburg! It was worth the very affordable price even when I added gel polish! I wanted a dip mani. But the color I selected from the wide variety choices did not come in dip powder. However, the friendly nail techs suggested I get clear dip and then gel polish. Since I like for my hands and feet to match, this was an excellent suggestion! After 3 days they looked like they had been on for at least a week. Today marks 1 week and it looks like 2 weeks. And I had them removed.
