I went here for a pedicure so that my toes would look nice and professionally done . I did not get that , Lilly the lady that did my nails proceeded to cut all my dang toe nails off without asking and then cut several down further than it should be so now they are not even at all. I was given the service free for the inconvenience but that doesn't fix the problem and grow my toe nails back to look professionally done. Please stay away from here ! I will not be going back!! Update in went back the never day because my big toe polish was wet 4 hrs later. She painted it with 2 coats and when I said it had streaks and not painted correct she told me she couldn't do anything about it and walked away. The what I is think the owner told me in can go somewhere else to get fixed since he didn't charge me. Being generous with the rating, Jason was very friendly was like pick a color I said I'm going to wash my hands like the sign says, I then ask for a menu for pricing and services before they start. Because it was no where to be found on the walls. I got the regular pedicure and pink/white nails set Jason quote $81, I had a previous set on that Jason did not properly remove So it's still showing through the new set when we talked about the old set Jason wanted to charge me for new set. I quickly denied & he proceeded to finish Jason started my pedicure my damn heel was still cracked & dry. The new lady painted and was messing up as if she was nervous. Checking out Jason new price was $87 saying the 2 nails he had to replace. I just paid & LEFT, but he didn't say that shit when he 1st saw my nails before he started. No tip & I won't return nor recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I love this nail salon. I am new to the area so I tried out a few salons before this and this was by far the best in terms of customer service and value. Jason took me right away and was very personable and friendly. The salon was also very clean and spacious. I got my acrylic nails removed and got a gel manicure after and it was $51. My ladies and I came in around 6 pm for mani/pedis as walk ins. They accommodated the 3 of us right away. I highly recommended the deluxe pedicure. We did wait for about 30 minutes before they could get to our manicures, however the massage chairs were amazing so we didn't complain. There was just 1 nail technician at this point but she was amazing and didn't rush through just to get us out. We ended up leaving at around 9 pm. Rachel was the nail technician. She did an amazing job on all of us and we really appreciate her work. She was also very friendly and personable. The place itself was very clean and inviting. If you want to take a little girl on a spa date they also have a cute little pedi chair for her, so definitely kid friendly. Their menu offers a variety of services. All their nail polish selections were extremely old and dried out. A worker did my nails and they came out very clumpy and uneven, immediately started chipping that evening. Being generous with my rating and only because of Rachel who serviced me that day. She was very friendly but the nails that I severely overpaid for were not worthy of a 3 star rating. Uneven, bulky and had one break after only 5 days. The color was pretty but I was not happy with paying $75 for dipped acrylic nails that to begin with were not what I wanted. I originally wanted ombré but was quickly turned down for that AFTER the set had already been glued so I could not just walk out. First time customer here. Salon had a very relaxing and upscale feel to it. Both my manicure and pedicure were nicely done. Prices were a small touch higher than some of the salons I've been to before but well within reason and worth it for the overall quality and ambiance. Went in to have a nice relaxing pedicure, but that was not the case. No one greeted me when I walked in, nor did they ask what I wanted. I waited quite awhile (only 2 people working). Finally a guy (the owner??) walked in and helped me. Unfortunately there was no leg or foot massage (isn't that the best part of the pedi?). He breezed out the door, then I sat there another 15 minutes where no one offered to help me finish and check out. They charged $32 for that! I won't be back. Pricey spa to begin with. Rude service and get rushed. Kept trying to up sell (which granted that's how you make money) but when you are turned down please do not try over and over again. Went in waited 30 mins to even start on pedicure. Got home realized there was Polish all on the sides of my toes and places missed. When told I need the wax treatment I let her know I do not want it this time and she was not pleased that I turned it down. I already went with the one above just the basic just because it had been about 4-5 weeks since the last time I had gotten my toes done. This is not my normal place (my normal place is currently remodeling) but I will not visit again. Very horrible service. After months with no nails I decided to stop in and try this place. Worst decision I ever made. My nails are bulky , uneven , horribly shaped , and half polished. After nicely asking Lena to reshape my nails so that they are all even and all square she decided to be very rough with my hands and rude. She jabbed my finger a couple times with the nail bit after I complained and rushed to throw some polish on top. Some of my nails are still round, I have several nails that are different lengths and some I can see through the polish. The nail shop was completely quiet until I complained then she wanted to talk to other co workers like I don't realize she was talking about me. After I complained a second time about one nail being longer than the other she decides to throw her mask and ask someone else to look at my nails. ..... after realizing my nails will not be corrected I decided to pay so that I could leave. This woman decides that she is going to over charge me 12 dollars cause she felt like my short baby nails that she made all different sizes were too long and an extra 5 dollars for her terrible shaped coffin nails . After she talked about me again to her friends in the salon she decided to lower the price to what it should be . She wanted to watch me sign my receipt and she received 0 dollars on the receipt for tips so she decides she snatch the receipt once I was done signing. I will never return to this over priced , poorly ran, and unskilled nail shop. read more
