    Her name is Lucky
    Denise F.

I went in today for a scheduled appointment (1st time at this location) to have my nails dipped and with full intention of purchasing a gift card. In the process of moving me from one location to another a technician dropped my newly acquired crystal 3D keychain keepsake of my recently deceased beloved dog of 13 years that I had to put down (cancer had perforated her bowels). I was told by the owner and two nail techs that they would take care of it. I wept the entire time my nails were being done mourning the loss of my sweet girl all over again. I spoke with the nail tech doing my nails about how my dog and I were battling cancer and how much she meant to me and I had just received the keepsake two weeks ago in honor of her memory. I was told the nail service would be of no cost to be by the tech and the owner today because of the mishap.. The nail tech told me to talk to the owner about the keychain after she was finished. I told him I wanted to be reimbursed for the key chain. He asked if I had a receipt. I pulled up the $89.04 receipt from my cell phone. He then calculated that He only owed me $44.00 after deducting the cost of the nail service (the same service I was told by him that would be of no cost to me). He stated that he could put it on a gift card. At this point I declined and stated I wanted cash. I will never be back at any of these locations because of the insult and lack of empathy. He gave me $45.00 cash and I reached for the broken crystal. He snatched it up and clutched it to his chest and said he was keeping it since he paid for it. Tears rolled down my cheeks again because of his heartless action. I told him, "her name is Lucky. I want you to know her name. Her name is Lucky". He replied with a flippant. "ok". I walked out of the nail salon with the same emotions I had when I walked out of the Vets office after putting my sweet girl down without my girl coming back home with me. She meant nothing to this guy, yet he took pleasure in causing me mental anguish (me - a dying cancer patient). I went there today for a little color on my nails to brighten my day and to commemorate the first day of spring and to purchase a gift card for the next nail service to cost $1.00 Instead, I paid full retail for a nail service that i was told as going to be on the house, a broken $89.00 keychain, no gift card for a future service, a distaste for this nail salon, emotional suffering and disappointment in the heartless of this human who is chasing the dollar. You have lost much more than $45.00 today

Lavish Nails Spa is around the corner next to Publix. It's a cozy nail salon with many colors to chose from with a reasonable price and no wait on the weekdays.

Infected nail bed (per doctor) due to dirty equipment. Spoke to the owner and they were rude and said my daughter must have hit her fingers.

They do exactly what I ask them. I have to have my nails short and they don't judge me. I love it there. I also love the stone massage.

I decided that I was over shaving my legs and have always heard great things about EWC…read more I booked an appointment with any wax specialist and ended up with Elise. I LOVE HER! Her personality makes the whole visit enjoyable! She is quick with her services, her room is always super clean and she delivers it all with a smile. As far as the facility, the front staff is professional, the entire place is extremely clean; it is definitely modern inside and minimal. I recommend this location!

I'm so disappointed to write this! I'm new to town and have been here twice. Both times the…read morereceptionist was phenomenal. Truly. Give her a raise. And then another one because she's worth it. The center is clean and efficient and my first wax there was great. Fast forward to Sunday (today is Wednesday). I booked a Brazilian online (again, amazing) and saw someone different. The esthetician was very nice and friendly, which is why I won't mention her name. I knew from the first rip something was off. I figured it was because I forgot to take the pre-Ibuprofen I usually take but after a few more I said "the wax feels really sticky today, did y'all change formulas?" and "it's so painful" She replied with "it's because it's hot in here today" but kept going without changing anything. It seemed to take much longer than any other wax and when she'd try to grab a corner, she'd pinch my skin. She asked if it was good and I said yup! I didn't look, I just couldn't take any more. I went to the angel at the desk, checked out, said it was great and left a tip-because I've never stiffed someone in my life- and left. About an hour after I left, the pain became bonkers. I took 2 ibuprofen, iced and canceled my plans for the rest of the day. Monday was worse. Filled out the survey asking for outreach because how to I care for a wounded gini? Nothing. Called Tuesday morning asking to speak to someone about it, saying I was in pain. No call back. Finally the swelling has gone down and I can actually see that the hair isn't gone, it just shorter..? Like it was broken off? Tldr: walk in, say hello to the unicorn behind the desk and then turn around and run away. Your vagina will thank you
