From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. The entire space is spotless, beautifully designed, and feels so calming and relaxing. You can tell they truly care about both cleanliness and the overall experience. My nails turned out amazing! Such beautiful work. So grateful I found this place. This will absolutely be my new go-to nail spa. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here since my cousin introduced me to it because it's really hard to find someone who can do a good pedicure and good foot massage! Their service is excellent and they are so about your satisfaction that I chose the color but it went on my nails. It looked a little bit different and she changed it and I kept apologizing to her but she's like no it's no problem. I want it to be perfect.. foot massage basic pedicure that I told my sister and my mom because they're all about spoiling themselves with foot massages and they absolutely love it there. They take their time and cleaning the cuticles which is a big deal for me. Also, I like the variety of colors they have for gel because I only do gel. Have been coming here quite a bit and I can't believe I never did a review for them so here it is you're welcome to try it. Oh also I am a West Coast nail snob so I take my pedicures very seriously and unfortunately for a couple years I had to go to Charlotte to find a good pedicure and tell my cousin told me about this place .

I thought things may have improved in their new space. Nothing improved! The tech finally emerged from the back after they kept calling for her to come do a pedicure on a not so busy day. She was looking like they woke her up and she did a lousy job. She barely trimmed my cuticles and I told her that I'm not sensitive, that I wanted them trimmed more. She replied "your skin too soft". What? No lotion or sugar scrub rubbed on my feet or legs either! My toenails were uneven. She did not file the corners smooth after she clipped my nails. I had asked her to cut my nails and she said "you like short". I said "No, I just like them smooth and even". It was a disaster. Nothing was sanitized because I witnessed them going from customer to customer using same tools. She left to go start another pedicure before she had finished. Another one came and polished my toes. I brought my own polish and they even tried to take it. They just want money. She stared at me when she realized there was NO TIP. I will never go to this nasty nail salon again. What a ripoff and waste of time! Now the corners of my jagged toenails are pressing into my skin because she didn't smooth the corners.

The salon is very clean and inviting. There was a group of women getting pedicures and having a good time! I was directed to a pedicure chair and asked if I like my water hot. I told her yes-very! The pedicure chair has an excellent massager and there is a phone charger on the arm rest! I've never seen this before and was very impressed! My pedicure was the best I've had in Spartanburg! It was worth the very affordable price even when I added gel polish! I wanted a dip mani. But the color I selected from the wide variety choices did not come in dip powder. However, the friendly nail techs suggested I get clear dip and then gel polish. Since I like for my hands and feet to match, this was an excellent suggestion! At one point, I had a tech on each hand and Vondry on my feet. I felt like a true diva! I found my salon when I am in town! Don't sleep on this hidden gem!

I walked past LaToyia who was just starting a pedicure. There was no greeting or acknowledgment from her. I sat down thinking she would at least say hi and start my water. However, five minutes later there was still no greeting. So I went to the front and asked if someone could do my mani/pedi since the tech I booked with is just starting with someone. I was asked to move to a different seat. Someone started my water and told me Mimi, I think, would do my pedi. I asked if she would also do my nails. Her was reply was "I don't know." After getting the books to pick my color, I sat down. Mimi walked by and the lady asked if she was doing my pedi. Mimi said no and went to another customer. The lady sighed and said I will do pedi for you. At this point, I am not feeling valued or appreciated as a customer. So I told her thanks but no thanks and left. The point of making an appointment is to avoid waiting! While I understand appointments can start a little late, you should not be starting a service when you have a scheduled appointment.
