I got a gel nail color on both hands and feet, then added eye brow wax, $15. How was my bill total $127?!!! When asked, I was informed the Gel polish was $30 in addition to the "pedicure". Every salon I've ever been to, color was included with the pedicure! A small upcharge for gel maybe. My fingernails were not painted all the way to the nail bed. I pointed that out, but was given some lame excuse about it not being healthy to do it that way! WHAT?!! My nails look like they have grown out for a solid week! This was price gouging at it's worse! I got swindled by 'nice' people. You conned me once, never again!!! I will say they treated me very nice and smiled in my face while robbing me blind! I walked past LaToyia who was just starting a pedicure. There was no greeting or acknowledgment from her. I sat down thinking she would at least say hi and start my water. However, five minutes later there was still no greeting. So I went to the front and asked if someone could do my mani/pedi since the tech I booked with is just starting with someone. I was asked to move to a different seat. Someone started my water and told me Mimi, I think, would do my pedi. I asked if she would also do my nails. Her was reply was "I don't know." After getting the books to pick my color, I sat down. Mimi walked by and the lady asked if she was doing my pedi. Mimi said no and went to another customer. The lady sighed and said I will do pedi for you. At this point, I am not feeling valued or appreciated as a customer. So I told her thanks but no thanks and left. The point of making an appointment is to avoid waiting! While I understand appointments can start a little late, you should not be starting a service when you have a scheduled appointment. I was looking for a place to use when I am in town. Based on the lack of customer service, this definitely is not it!
