I walked past LaToyia who was just starting a pedicure. There was no greeting or acknowledgment from her. I sat down thinking she would at least say hi and start my water. However, five minutes later there was still no greeting. So I went to the front and asked if someone could do my mani/pedi since the tech I booked with is just starting with someone. I was asked to move to a different seat. Someone started my water and told me Mimi, I think, would do my pedi. I asked if she would also do my nails. Her was reply was "I don't know." After getting the books to pick my color, I sat down. Mimi walked by and the lady asked if she was doing my pedi. Mimi said no and went to another customer. The lady sighed and said I will do pedi for you. At this point, I am not feeling valued or appreciated as a customer. So I told her thanks but no thanks and left. The point of making an appointment is to avoid waiting! While I understand appointments can start a little late, you should not be starting a service when you have a scheduled appointment. I was looking for a place to use when I am in town. Based on the lack of customer service, this definitely is not it!
