Had the worst experience with this business to try to schedule an appointment like their business suggests. I contacted them through Instagram DM to schedule a gel pedicure. They are by appointment only, which makes them awesome in my book by default. I have been going there for about a year and will not go anywhere else. Pre-pandemic they were spotless, on time, and kept the client ratio at a minimum. They've only just surpassed that over the last 8 months. Tristan, Tom, and Bao make me laugh and feel welcome and that woman can do some nails! Don't get upset if you can't walk in or have to leave a message, they focus on the client in front of them and will get back to you. I say this because I see the phones blowing up and leaving messages because they that good there. No acrylics but I love my Dips! read more

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I am from California and needed my nails done so I Googled SNS near me and got Diamond Nails. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that said "STOP! BY APPOINTMENT ONLY EVERYDAY! WE MEAN IT NO WALK INS! Since I drove 20 minutes to get there, I walked in to ASK about an appointment. There were 3 technicians and 3 clients...and 8 empty work stations. They looked SHOCKED that I had walked in! I asked if I could MAKE an appointment and they said "No, we don't have any appointments". Apparently this establishment has so much business and makes so much money that they dont want new clients. This establishment was rude and apparently doesn't know how to work with the public. I suggest you go ANYWHERE else but here! read more

Super rude staff!! No customer service, think they better than all other nail places. I had an appointment for two pedicures. Was stuck in traffic and texted them out of courtesy that we will run couple minutes late. Get a message back that that won't work and they cancel the appointment. And since I canceled it's a $20 fee. I was on my way, stuck in traffic and didn't cancel. So I told him I didn't cancel he canceled! He said he don't care I'm late. And they don't do business like that. Well needless to say that I don't do business with businesses not having a sense of customer service! read more

Unfortunately customers do not come first here! I received a gift certificate from a friend after giving birth to my son and was denied by the salon the use of it. I tried to redeem it 6 months and 3 days of purchase. The manager indicated that it expires 6 months after the day of purchase. I requested to speak with an owner because it was a few days past and explained my situation and was denied the opportunity to even speak with the owner. They clearly are more worried about their profits then the well being of the customer or how they feel. Such a shame. If you are the owner, I would really appreciate a chance to speak with you. Tristian and Bao is AMAZING. When I moved to the Greenville area I was nervous I wouldn't be able to find a new nail technician but when I was introduced to them I knew I found a new home. They are so nice and friendly. They treat you like family. They also care about your nails health. I never knew acrylic was bad for you until I came here and now I would never dare to have it done again. If you want to have an amazing experience with exceptionally beautiful nails. This place is the best nail salon I've ever been to. I've gotten my nails and toes done several times now and have always been happy. Bao and Tristan are fantastic and so friendly. The salon is very clean and they've changed their Dip technique so it's even more sanitary. They do have a strict no walk-in policy, but are super great at getting you an appointment at a moments notice. They do everything to protect your nails and make sure they are healthy. Worst service I have ever received! I went in with my friend who has been going for a long time and always spoke so highly of this salon. I went in asking for ombré dip and a gel pedi, Tristan did my nails. First off, they look horrible! They are very very thick and bumpy looking and they honestly look like a student did them. The only thing going for them is the shape. Moving on to my toes, when I first walked in a asked for a pedi and they didn't give me a pedi. When I asked about it they told me that I never asked for a pedicure. I told them that I wanted one and they ignored me and kept working. Then doing my gel the light burned my skin and they lady told me that it was my fault because I was moving. On top of all this I was on The phone talking to my other friend telling them about the pedicure situation and they told me I wasn't allowed to be in the phone because it was disturbing the other customers. They said it was their policy but they had no signs, no indication that phones were not allowed. I left paying over $100 dollars and I didn't even get what I asked for and my nails look horrible! I will never be back and I recommend that if your look for a good nail salon with quality workers, look elsewhere!! read more

Diamond Nails is horrible. The experience made my anxiety go up. Your told one price upfront and then they tell you another price when you go to check out! I had nails and pedicure and before I walked out I paid $75 for a normal pedicure and full set of nails with color. They argue with you about the price and they charge more than what it says on their sign. Everything they do is considered extra. If you are on a tight budget do not go here you will spend more their than anywhere else! I will be making a call to better business burro. Also before I went I read reviews an most were good but their was one staying exactly what happen to me is what happen to them. I go religiously every 2-3 weeks for my pedi and my nails! I do the dip because it lasts a lot longer and is so much better for your nails. They don't do acrylics because its so harmful for your nails, people get upset because they don't but what they don't realize is that they are actually looking out for the customer and what's best for them. I also LOVE the fact they are appointment only, it's never too crowded, you don't feel like you're being rushed just so they can get to the next person, they treat you like family and actually care about you. Awful manicure. Got gel polish that lasted less than a week. Everywhere else I go, their polish lasts at least 2. She did not even finish taking my old polish off before putting the gel polish unevenly on my nails and all over my nail beds and skin.
