She does a great quality acrylic set (I get an acrylic set fill every 3 weeks, but I've also had my mom, sister and niece start coming to her for powder dip manicure sets as well). I've never had a nail she applies pop off or crack. And the salon itself is well maintained and very clean. I also love their pedicures and usually opt for the middle tier one (it's like $35...but soooo worth it with the aromatherapy, callus removal, hot lotions and towels, etc...). The cost for a set is very affordable (like around $50-ish which is much more reasonable than other salons for better quality service) and it's pretty easy to get an appointment. I highly recommend this salon. They don't do the crazy extensive nail art that I grew accustomed to in California, but the quality of the set is the best I've encountered in the Greenville area thus far. Pro Tips: Ask for Maggie or Anna, call ahead to schedule an appointment (trust me, they are so busy you'll wait for forever if you go in without one), weekdays are better to get in on a same day appointment, the last appointment they'll usually take is 5:30 to allow enough time to finish their work, and check out pinterest prior to your appointment for ideas about a manicure/pedicure design/style if like me, you have a hard time figuring out what to have done.

I made an excellent choice! The salon is a beautiful place with lots of separate spaces for separate services. It is quiet, relaxing and comfortable and I felt at ease. It is really clean as well. You receive a very warm and friendly greeting when you walk in. Michelle is very good and very passionate about her craft and she is quite knowledgeable. She is friendly, professional and diligent. The second episode, I waited 30-40 minutes past my 10:00 am appointment because Ann was finishing someone else's nails. Again, surprised because I thought she did not take appt before 10:00 am. Today was strike three! A few days ago, I requested a 10:00 am appointment with Ann, but the manager (based on the voice I recognized) asked if I could come in at 9:30 am instead. When I arrived today at 9:30 am, I was surprised to see Ann in the middle of a pedicure! I chose my polish, and someone turned on the water for my pedicure. However, I ended up waiting with my feet in the water for about 40 minutes to which Ann finished her current client's pedicure and then started doing her nails. I was shocked! I had a dental appointment at 11:45 am, and the 9:30 am appointment would have given me plenty of time to make it. I looked around and saw four other technicians with no customers, just playing on their phones. Unacceptable! That was the last straw. I walked out of the salon with wet feet. Clearly, my time and schedule mean nothing to them. I was a loyal, punctual, and generous tipper who respected their time by canceling appointments well in advance if necessary. However, they showed no respect for my time. I feel the Manager is rude with lack of good customer service to me. Too bad Ann lost a loyal customer! You start with a hot soak and then they take care of cuticle treatment and any callus you may have built up. You receive an amazing scrub to exfoliate which is followed by a mask and hot towel.
