Then she painted it and I was so disappointed. I've been there for over an hour and it looks like a two coat total, but if you look closely enough, it looks very. . I would absolutely never go there again. It was a waste of 60 bucks.! The only one I would give is that they took me in quickly but now I understand if they take you in quickly that means they don't have a lot of customers that return back because they're that terrible .

I'm new to the area and it's been a while since I treated myself to a pedicure. Have never been a…read morefan of most nail salons, but I keep trying. This place was relatively busy for a Thursday morning. I asked for a pedicure and was told to pick a color and wait. After about five minutes, who I think was the owner decided to do it for me. She asked me which pedi I wanted and I let her know it was my first time, so she pulled out a menu. Their basic pedi is $35, so I asked for that. She did as little as possible, barely scrubbing my feet (see picture) and only trimming my cuticles before the polish since they were sticking up and in the way. The massage is usually nice but again, she put very little effort in and it only lasted about 30 seconds per leg. The entire process took about 15 mins. First time I've ever not left a tip. A waste of time and money. Disappointed.

I just left from getting my pedicure. The salon was not busy. There were only 2 other customers total during the 40 minutes I was present. During my entire pedicure, my nail technician was on her cell phone trying to figure out why her bank account or debit card was locked. Once she was done, she said, "Wait 10-15 minutes" and that's all that was said to me. Now my feet weren't horrible before the pedicure, but it had been a few months since I had had a pedicure. She did not push back and then clip my cuticles. She did very little clipping and then rushed to paint my nails so that she could continue on her phone call (that she dialed and started after she sat me in my chair). I'm not normally a complainer, but I was not acknowledged by any other staff members or even asked if I was pleased with my service. I feel like since I'm paying $35 for a pedicure, my toes should look better than if I gave myself a pedicure. I'm going to post pictures I took in the pedicure chair showing the sloppiness of my pedicure. The technician was quick to step to the desk to take my money, but did not seem at all concerned about whether or not I was pleased. I'm hoping this was just a single bad experience, but unless I know other technicians work differently, I won't be back.
