I tried to politely tell him it burned when the file touched skin but he didn't seem to understand as it didn't stop. He just seemed aggravated with me. Neither person attempted to talk to us and the tvs showed soundless cooking shows, no music....just a cold boring atmospher. when a third person came in the owner? came out and tried to show some personality but it seemed false. When it was time to pay (I was paying both) they seemed confused on how to work their own system. The finished product is meh on both of us
