I come here always for my pedicures and have a good experience . Not sure what happened this past visit. Shortest pedicure I've ever had and there were only 3 customers so it wasn't crowded . No foot massage or leg massage. Literally just cut my toenails and polished them. Definitely off their typical service this visit. And now my heels are all cracked less than 4 days later. I don't ever have cracked heels even without regular pedicures Hopefully this was a one off. read more

Ivy did a fantastic job. It was very clear that she cared about the quality of her work, and was willing to spend extra time and effort to do a great job. She gave me some of the best nails I have ever had, and had a great attention to detail. The staff overall is very friendly and like to joke with you. 3/25/2024 I went for my first appointment this morning, but it certainly won't be my last! I received a dip manicure and it is beautiful! My technician listened to me, took her time, and did a great job! I have received so many compliments since leaving the salon. And my pedicure was very relaxing. I have a couple of damaged toes and nails, but she was very care with them and didn't cause any discomfort. I just had regular polish put on my toe nails and it looks marvelous. Needless to say I will be returning. read more

-Bubbles in my polish- My first mani with pedi in years. The ladies were *very* nice, the atmosphere was enjoyable, comfortable, and relaxing. The charge was vague, and I was unpleasantly surprised at checkout. I paid about 3 times as much as I was expecting. Maybe I wouldn't have minded as much if I was happy with the results. My polish formed hundreds of bubbles while it was drying. :( And I stayed away from water to keep them looking nice, nevertheless, there is a chip in day 2. :( For these results and price, I won't be back, and I won't recommend the place. read more

Was looking for a place closer to home and decided to give Preya Nail a try based on the reviews. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at how relaxing and beautifully they did our pedicures. I then got a "cat's eye" manicure which is awesome. Then, Preya did my eyebrows which included a mini massage of my temples and eyes. Everyone was friendly, the environment was neat and clean. The prices extremely reasonable and I would recommend the salon to everyone. read more

Excellent customer service, very clean and very neat, all the ladies are super sweet and awesome and took the time to take care of these tired old feet that needed some extra TLC. I had the SNS dipping powder done and I am absolutely in love, they pay attention to the customer and do a very thorough job. I went here because they were open on Sunday to get a Pedicure and Buff nails. It was such a wonderful experience. When I first sat down they gave me a bottle of water and suggested I pick out a color. Then when I got seated in the chair it was very comfortable. The massage part was excellent. As for the pedicure, they did a great job, very kind, clean and complete. I have no complaints about my pedi or my mani. I wanted to try somewhere new and somewhere closer to my house. Most of the reviews were good here so I decided to try them. They greeted me okay and sat me down right away. The lady was very nice and there was very little conversation between the other technicians which was nice. I got the dip nails ($40) and while the nails themself look nice, she didn't clean up around the nail. She didn't clip any hang nails or clean off the coating left behind. She left a lot under the nail. I've been picking at my nails for the last hour. She said it would just come off.. read more

I asked for Coffin shaped nails and she gave me a coffin full of LUMPS & uneven nails.....instead of "slaying" she SLAUGHTERED and made me look a complete fool! I had to tell her several times how uneven my nails were and the look of disappointment on her face was priceless...You knew you did not know how to do coffin nails! So why lie and mess things up?! Then when I tell her I'm not comfortable paying full price because it was horrible she said well I already took off $5!!! WTF IS THAT?! The nail job I received wasn't worth $5 lol I honestly wanted to cry....I was in there for 2 hours!!! The pedicure was heaven but that's because Roy did it...even he felt bad about my nail job! After 3 plus years in the area I have finally found a great nail salon! This is a family run salon and the family couldn't be nicer. The prices are reasonable and the service was great. The first time I visited Preya, I was impressed as it had been a referral from a neighboring business, who told me they "didnt have the smelly stuff". (Translation: they did not use acrylics which was a welcome change) 1st visit was nice. Staff was very friendly ; however the quality of my service was subpar because by a week my SMS polish was peeling. Today I was in desperate need of a salon open on Sundays, and remembered they were. I walked in and the place was packed! Every pedicure chair was full and about 3 other people who appeared to be waiting. While i wasnt spoken to when i entered, I still sat down waiting on someone to speak. After 5 minuted of being ignored, never acknowledged, never asked what i needed, or even being told there was too long of a wait I got up and walked out.
