I'm leaving my original review up because I do think the experience is important for future customers to know about. What started as a simple attempt to reschedule turned into weeks of calls, messages, complaints and a LOT more effort than should have been necessary to resolve a pretty straightforward issue. That said, I never wanted anything beyond a fair resolution. I received the refund I asked for, I appreciate that EWC ultimately did the right thing, and I'm happy to consider the matter resolved. My advice to anyone purchasing a prepaid Wax Pass would simply be to read the cancellation/refund policies carefully and keep track of your remaining sessions. I'm glad this is finally behind me!

And the front desk attendant was very rude on my first 2 visits. I noticed certain clients are treated with kindness and respect. So I started back with Pelham. I called in to see if I could do a walk in for sugaring & was told told there was only one person that did sugaring would be available but I need to be there before she left & if not I could been seen by someone else not not sugar wax . I said ok advice I would TRY TO MAKE IT there but traffic was very bad. I called once I saw it was impossible to make it & asked if I could just be seen whoever was there. Few minutes later I received a call back saying I scheduled an appointment which I never scheduled I was told if I got there in time & my name was never given they expressed this when I showed up the next day that they cancelled my last appointment. I wasn't pleased with them making me an appointment after I clearly stated I was coming from the Simpsonville location upset and they scheduled an appointment. I even paid for membership but was told I could be able to use membership only at Pelham location after I had sign & paid for membership. I was under the impression that membership could be used for any location.

I appreciated the fact that the atmosphere is quiet and serene and that rather than rushing me through, my feet were allowed to soak for more than a few minutes prior to my pedicure. I was pleasantly surprised to not be asked to "pick a color" from germy, sticky bottles on the wall; rather, they bring you the color choices and then bring a box that holds the color and topcoat together. Very clean and orderly. The foot and leg massage was very relaxing. I also had my gel nails removed and the process seemed a lot easier than it has been at other salons. There is a larger nail salon a few hundred feet away in the parking lot, so assuming in order to be competitive, they are offering 20% off all services. This is a great value!
