I spend a lot of time outside, and to be honest, never gave skin care much of a thought. As a guy, I never wanted, or thought I needed, a facial but wow have I been missing out. Kayla did a great job explaining the process, in a very relaxing and comfortable environment. She answered all my questions, provided some recommendations, and offered some options for future visits. I really like the way my skin looks and feels now, and my girlfriend agrees. Kayla knows her stuff! I unexpectedly had to find a new stylist to do my extension services (which I understand is a luxury service and normally cost more than other services) I was booked and scheduled over the phone, Then bombarded with emails and text about signing their salon agreement. They were very persistent about signing this form (your appointment will be canceled if you don't sign ahead of time) and it was a bit of a turn off before ever even getting to the salon. When I sat down at the chair, the stylist and I went over the reinstall process, And she began getting to work. At no point before our appointment or during the consultation was pricing ever discussed. I will take partial responsibility for not asking, but like I said, I am used to paying fairly high prices for my service. When we were almost done with my move up, I finally asked about their pricing and was very shocked To hear that they charge $200 per row to move up extensions. I have been wearing extensions for close to four years and never have I paid prices even close to that. I ended up being charged $400 for a service that took less than two hours to complete. I feel like this salon should have been more transparent with their pricing upfront, especially offering luxury services like they do. The service quality was average and most of the appointment was silent and a little awkward. When she was finished with my move up I wasn't even offered to have my hair styled/ curled Which was a little shocking since that is normally included with a service like this (Especially at this price point). I paid for the service and left a tip for the stylist as she did do a decent job and pricing is not determined by her.. Overall, I was highly disappointed in the value and with my experience here and will Not be coming back
