I arrived at the salon at 10am and did not leave until 3:30 pm and my hair was far from what I initially wanted, which were blonde highlights. She started to color lift my hair, which turned bright orange blonde then had to blow dry my hair to notice it was still bright orange blonde. Next she decided to bleach my hair to realize as she was blow drying my hair again that my roots where partially bleach blonde and bright orange. She then tried to add brown, which I suggested only to realize that my hair was ash blonde from the top and when I lift my hair in a pony tail you can still see the bright orange blonde on my sides. She offered to fix my hair for Saturday and then I decided to decline with a phone call saying I rather get my money back and have someone professional fix my hair. She insisted to fix my hair and again I refused saying I do no want you to touch my hair and told her I was being civil about resolving this problem. She refused and said, "this is absurd you calling me like this." I said this conversation is over. As well, if you do walk in the salon you will notice at least four people sitting down gossiping and/or playing on their phones with rarely clientele, which says a lot about their business. From the two times I've been there from 10am till 3pm only two people have shown up. I will no longer go there and give them my business.

I texted her back and let her know that I had spoken with Bellami company and they said they are trying to get ahold of her regarding my purchase of the hair. But she wouldn't respond to me or the company. The company said they had reached out to her several times to no avail and that she was the purchaser and she had to respond in order for them to assist me. She never did. I contacted the company again and they stated since Hair by Sammi was being very unprofessional by not responding that they would help me. I told them the hair I received wasn't remi hair but synthetic. Not what they advertised on their website. They stated that there is real remi hair and that I could send it in and they would inspect it to make sure it was even their hair product and not off TEMU or AMAZON!
