I had my nails done there Friday and Saturday my thumb nail popped off and then Sunday both of my pointy fingernails pooped off I'm not very happy when I had paid 250$ for me and my daughter to get our nails done! My friend is a regular at their other location-- so when she found out they opened another salon closer to us, we decided to go check it out for her next service. I CAN NOT stress how gorgeous and clean this place is! it's hard to explain the layout- you'll see what I mean when you go. It may look fancy, but the prices seem similar to other places in the surrounding area. We both got our pedicures done and now our sahara desert feet feels like a baby's butt! (Which is a must for me - I've had people change prices too many times). It's very spacious and truly mommy friendly. They take COVID-19 precautions seriously and require everyone to wear mask (the right way)! Would not recommend! The quality and cleanliness of their work are sub par. I went in for a basic manicure. From the time my ticket was printed for service until the technician finished painting my nails was 14 minutes. The technician grabbed nail clippers out of a dusty pencil holder on his work station and attempted to use the cuticle clippers already lying in front of him that already had someone else's skin on them. I asked if he had clean tools, he did leave and come back with a bag with tools in it, of which he did not use. I asked for square nails, he turned the file the long way and made a few swipes across the end of my nails leaving a dished out "u" shape. I took the file and filed them myself. He then grabbed a bottle labeled "cuticle oil" and rubbed it on my hands, not my cuticles. I did not have my polish with me so I chose one of theirs. Which I must say look very nicely displayed, however the polish was cheap crap. The only brand they have there is "seven stars", when researching after it can literally be purchased on Amazon for $3.00 a bottle. Mental note, if a nail salon does not offer Essie or OPI for nail colors turn around and leave, they are amateurs. The polish was thick, pasty and took forever to dry. And required a ton of acetone to remove. My second star rating was based solely on the fact that the "greeter" at the door did speak English, and was cordial. You are escorted to your chair ( which was also dirty with hair on it ) and offered a complimentary beverage, which was a nice touch. But as far as nail services go, this place is a hard pass! read more

So they definitely put Builder gel/Poly gel on my bare nails and that's why it burned so bad. my nails were super frail and they broke off really easy after i got them done. The nails took 2 months to get off because they were like burned onto my nails read more

I asked for a flame design and got this.. really messy and they could have just told my they couldn't do designs and that would have been fine. I also came in with a friend and they were rude to her. Idk if management changed but they use to be really good and now the atmosphere has changed. read more

Bought a 50$ gift card for a friend for her birthday. She went to use it. And was told that she couldn't use it. That we have to go to the one in Greenville. So we drove to the one in Greenville to be told that it could only be used at the Easley location. So not only can my friend not use her gift I feel like they stole my money. I wanted to get a relaxing pedicure, before work.. I am a hairstylist so I have been in this beauty business almost 30 yrs. I am also a local salon owner.. I was trying a new place... was greeted at the front desk and said I would like a pedicure. So I was then seated, the place is huge and looked clean from what I could see. My nail tech sat down.. didn't tell me her name.. and proceeded to take off my polish... the water was really hot and she cooled it off for me.. but she seemed really distracted. Her phone was ringing and someone brought it to her.. she then wrapped my legs in a hot towel and said she would be right back.. well 20 min later.. I had to ask where she went?? and the guy from the front desk apologized and said she had an emergency.. and she didnt she tell you .. I said NO .. she just said she would be right back.. but hey I have to get to work eventually.. so can you get someone else? He said sure.. then a few minutes went by and she came back.. gave me a 2 min massage , polished me quickly and left.. I got up and said is there a dryer I can put my feet under.. and she was like yeah yeah.. you can go over there.. I was like WTH.... So as I sat there.. the other receptionist was getting a polish and said how was your pedi? I said it was more of a polish change.. not a pedi. I said I usually go to VIP and wanted a change to a place that was closer to my job. She said that is how our pedi's are very basic. I said I didn't know that you had more pedi's to choose from no one offered me anything. I didn't even know that it was $35 for their " basic". So when I went to the front desk to pay.. she said we gave you a discount... $20 is what they were charging me.. and I said wow.. that's alot for a polish change.. cause that is all I actually got. Then the male receptionist said ..Im so sorry.. you do not have to pay at all ... it is on me. I said thankyou .. I still tipped the girl who did my nails.. I understand having a bad day.. but with no explaination.. and a quicky pedicure.. I was there for over an hour.. and she spent all of 12 min on me. what ever.. I will think twice before going back again.. just disappointed.. I really needed a good pedi.. but didnt get that. .. sigh. read more
